A minimum stay of 6 nights is required.
For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply.
- for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 100€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 150€ will be added to the total price of the stay.
The environmental tax is not included in the price and amounts to 8€ per night.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Artemis House is located in the village of Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia Peninsula, 450m from the beach and 500m from the marina, promenade, and restaurants. This accommodation is an ideal place for relaxation, with carefully selected details and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate five adults and one child. It consists of a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa for two people.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large oven, and a big fridge with a freezer. The bathroom features a shower tray with a curtain.
On the balcony, furnished with a seating set and offering a view of the street, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee. There is no private parking, but free parking spaces can easily be found in front of the accommodation or at a public parking lot located 100m away.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. They are provided with towels and bed linen, which are changed only after the departure.
Artemis House is located 5.5km from Agios Ioannis Beach, 21.1km from Neos Marmaras, and 87.6km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
