Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Villa Kaliopi is located in Nikiti, right on the beachfront, separated from the beach only by a street. The apartments are neat, comfortable, and perfect for a peaceful vacation. Guests have access to a fenced yard that is practically right by the shore. The villa is situated in a quiet part of Nikiti, yet close to all necessary amenities—restaurants, taverns, shops, and tourist attractions. It is ideal for those who want to relax in a pleasant environment, enjoying the tranquility and proximity of the beach, which is just a few steps away.
This accommodation consists of eight apartments, located on the ground or first floor, with a maximum capacity of two adults and three children up to 12 years old. Each apartment includes a bedroom with two joined single beds and a living room with a kitchen, featuring either a sofa or a bunk bed.
These air-conditioned apartments offer free WiFi, a TV in the bedrooms, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a two-burner stove, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
Depending on the apartment’s location, guests can enjoy a balcony or a veranda, both furnished with seating areas. The view of the sea is either direct or partial, enhancing the overall experience of the stay.
In the fenced courtyard, guests have the opportunity to prepare a barbecue with family and friends, and an outdoor shower is also available.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning is done every other day, while towel and bed linen changes are carried out every fourth day.
There is no private parking for guests, but parking spaces can always be found along the street near the accommodation.
Kaliopi Vila is located approximately 9 km from the town of Metamorfosi and 22 km from one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, Neos Marmaras. One of the most beautiful beaches in this area, Agios Ioannis Beach, is just 6 km away. The nearest airport, in Thessaloniki, is 90 km away.
