Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. G C Luxury Apartments is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, just 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. It is an ideal choice for families and friends who want to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, a pleasant yard, and spacious, modernly decorated units.
This newly built and stylishly furnished property consists of two spacious apartments located on the first and second floors, as well as two comfortable studios.
The studios are located in the semi-basement and are designed to accommodate up to three adults. Each studio includes a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living area with a sleeping space featuring one double bed and a sofa for one person.
The apartments are suitable for up to five adults. Each apartment includes a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and there is a sofa for one person in the living room.
A baby crib is available on request and is included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation features air conditioning units in the living rooms of all units, while the apartments also have air conditioning in the bedrooms. All units are equipped with a TV, and the apartments additionally have TVs in the bedrooms. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped with two ceramic glass hobs, a fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.
