Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Theros Summer Suites offers modern, newly built accommodation in an excellent location, close to the beach, ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charms of Nikiti. Due to the proximity of restaurants, cafes, and promenades, guests are provided with everything necessary for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation. Situated at the beginning of Sithonia, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the most beautiful beaches and landmarks of this part of Greece. Nikiti is known for its long sandy beach, beautiful seaside promenade, and old town core, where traditional stone houses and narrow streets exude true Mediterranean spirit.
Two studios (52m2 and 45m2) are available, which are in their structure mezzanines and spread over two levels, on the first and second floor.
The mezzanines are designed for a maximum of three adults and two children. On the lower level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, there is an open sleeping area and another bathroom. In one mezzanine, in the living room on the lower level, there is a sofa for two people and a folding armchair, while on the upper level, there is a double bed. In the other mezzanine, in the living room, there is a sofa for two people, while on the upper level, there is a double bed and a folding armchair.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette with a stove with two burners, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Upon request and at no extra cost, a crib is available.
Guests can relax and enjoy on the balconies, equipped with seating sets.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
A guaranteed parking space is not provided, but there are usually parking spaces available on the street in front of the accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.
Theros Summer Suites is located 7km from Metamorfosi, 8km from Ormos Panagias, 22km from Neos Marmaras, and the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 89km away.
