Chrisiis Apartments is nestled in the heart of vibrant Nikiti and stands out for its warm atmosphere and thoughtfully curated surroundings. Situated just 350 m from the sandy Nikiti beach on the Sithonia peninsula, this cozy retreat, shaded by lush olive trees and rose bushes, offers guests a peaceful escape from the bustle of everyday life, while still granting easy access to the area’s most beautiful beaches for those eager to explore. The verdant courtyard invites relaxation, and with Nikiti’s center and its local tavernas only a few minutes’ walk away, Chrisiis Apartments makes an ideal base for anyone wishing to experience the authentic charm of Halkidiki.
The property comprises two separate accommodation units designed to host families or small groups of friends. The studio (AMA 00003247260) accommodates up to two adults and two children, while the two-bedroom apartment (AMA 00003241010) comfortably sleeps two adults, two children and an infant up to three years old. In the studio, guests will find two single beds and a sofa bed for two; the apartment’s first bedroom features a double bed, and the second has two single beds. A baby cot is also available on request, ensuring that families travelling with very young children are well catered for.
The studio’s air conditioner serves the living area, complemented by a large wall-mounted fan, whereas the apartment boasts air conditioning in both bedrooms. Both units offer free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV—located in the bedrooms of the apartment and in the living area of the studio. Kitchens are fully equipped, featuring a two-ring ceramic hob, a compact fridge-freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker; a toaster is provided exclusively in the apartment.
Each unit opens onto its own covered veranda furnished with comfortable seating, overlooking a well-tended garden courtyard complete with a small summer house in front of the studio. The spacious, fenced grounds lie in the cool shade of abundant olive trees, granting guests added privacy and a serene spot to unwind.
To ensure a tranquil environment, pets are not permitted and the entire property is strictly non-smoking, guaranteeing maximum comfort and cleanliness for all visitors. Guests maintain the cleanliness of their units during their stay, while linen and towel changes occur every five days.
For those travelling by car, street parking directly in front of the property is recommended. The local bus stop is just steps away, and parking is free and close to the apartments, allowing guests the freedom to explore Sithonia’s hidden gems by car.
Approximately 300 m from the apartments, Nikiti’s center offers a delightful array of traditional tavernas, artisan shops and cafés. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a scenic hike to the panoramic viewpoint overlooking all of Sithonia, a visit to the stunning Kalamitsi Beach - about 5 km away, boat trips to Diaporos Island, wine tasting at nearby wineries, or a tour of the archaeological remains of ancient Toroni. The Itamos mountain range - perfect for cycling and hiking - is some 20 km distant, while the small port of Neos Marmaras lies about 25 km away. For guests arriving from farther afield, Thessaloniki’s Makedonia Airport is roughly 88 km from Nikiti, offering a swift and straightforward journey to the apartments.

The house is exactly as it was portrayed on the Nikana website. We give it the highest ratings. Cleanliness, amenities, and the friendliness of the hostess were all outstanding. We stayed in a studio as a family with two small children. All praises and recommendations.

We stayed in a four-person studio. The size of the studio is quite satisfactory, the kitchen is small and separate from the room, but it is fully equipped: two induction cooktops, a small refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment) which is not sufficient for, for example, a watermelon, two frying pans, three pots of various sizes, small, large, and deep plates in a set, six glasses for different purposes, two sets of cups, a kettle, a coffee filter machine (which we did not use), complete cutlery, ladles, a soup ladle, etc. (Interestingly, I could not find a colander for spaghetti, although there is a special spoon for serving spaghetti). There was also a small amount of coffee, salt, and sugar. The pictures do not show that there are also two kitchen towels, a sponge cloth, as well as a sponge and dishwashing liquid. The workspace is small, as can be seen in the pictures. The bathroom is larger than the Greek standard, luxurious (the first bathroom we did not have to wipe and collect water), standing shower, toilet paper, enough towel holders, garbage bags, makeup remover pads, a hairdryer, liquid hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. In the room, there are two wardrobes mainly for hanging items, and the beds are satisfactory. There are mosquito nets, the air conditioning works fantastically, there is also a mosquito repellent device, but there were no tablets, although there were hardly any mosquitoes. The accommodation is completely peaceful, and there is only one larger apartment in the house. The owners live upstairs, speak English, and are normally polite (without being forced). The seating and dining area in front of the studio is in the shade all day. In the courtyard, which is larger than the neighboring ones, there is a tap, the outdoor shower does not work, but we used the hose from the tap to rinse off after the beach. The internet is not the best. It is limited, specifically it works only for applications but not for links on Google. Parking is, as with most accommodations in Nikiti, in front of the courtyard, but we never had a problem. The tourist tax is paid on-site (it was 80e for us). Guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation themselves, after five days we received clean towels and bed linen to replace. The promenade along the sea is long, with countless cafes and restaurants (with slightly higher prices compared to last year), Masutis and Lidl are on the main road. The beach is decent, the sea is clean, with a gradual entrance, but not too shallow.
