The Garden Comfort Apartments are located in the very center of the peaceful and well-maintained town of Nikiti, on Sithonia. The accommodation is neatly equipped and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, while shops, taverns, cafes, and other amenities are within easy reach. The location is especially convenient for those who wish to explore Sithonia, as the town lies at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts, allowing quick and easy access to numerous beaches on both sides of the peninsula. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki are located near Nikiti. The town itself is pleasant and well-organized, featuring a long seaside promenade and a nicely arranged town beach, which is mostly sandy both on the shore and in the water. Certain parts of the beach have a long shallow area, making it ideal for families with small children. The beach is clean and suitable for spending the whole day.

There are two apartments available, both located on the first floor and intended for guests over the age of 12. One apartment is suitable for three people, while the other can accommodate up to four adults. The apartment for three people includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Guests have access to one double bed in the bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living room. The apartment for four people features a dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two joined single beds.

This air-conditioned accommodation features a unit in each room and offers guests free Wi-Fi internet, TV, a hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic stovetops, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Each bedroom and living room in both apartments has its own balcony with a seating area – a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, or more frequently in the case of longer stays.

Private parking is available within the yard, with a total of three parking spaces.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 12 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum stay is five nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 8€ per day of stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and are required to compensate the amount equivalent to the assessed value of the damage.
