Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Situated just 400 meters from the beach, this elegant three-level maisonette offers full comfort and an unforgettable stay on Halkidiki. Thanks to its spaciousness, modern amenities, and pleasant atmosphere, it is the perfect choice for large families, two families vacationing together, or a group of friends looking for privacy and comfort in one of the most sought-after resorts in northern Greece.
Jessi’s Villa is organized as a three-level maisonette and can comfortably accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a basement, a raised ground floor, and a first floor. In the basement, there is an open sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a bathroom. On the raised ground floor, there is a bright and modern living room, along with an additional bathroom. The first floor features two separate bedrooms and a third bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other has bunk beds and one single bed. All rooms are well distributed and connected by an internal staircase, with plenty of natural light and an airy feel throughout the house.
For the youngest guests, a baby crib is available upon request at no additional charge. This convenience makes Jessi’s Villa an ideal choice for families with small children, as the owners pay special attention to the needs of all family members, offering parents extra peace of mind and comfort during their stay.
The unit is fully equipped for a long and comfortable stay. There are two air conditioning units that cool the upper bedroom and the basement, while a fan is located in the living room on the raised ground floor. WiFi is available and free of charge, and guests have access to a TV with domestic channels in the living room, a hair dryer, and a clothes iron. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with four cooking plates, a large oven, a spacious fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Everything is tailored to the needs of families and groups who prefer preparing their meals independently during the vacation.
Jessi’s Villa features two balconies with a pleasant view of the street and surrounding neighborhood. The town beach is clean, well-maintained, mostly sandy, and particularly suitable for families with young children due to its shallow waters. Nikiti is a relatively new tourist destination with a large number of newly built rental properties and is home to about three thousand permanent residents. The old part of Nikiti, located uphill about two kilometers from the beach, exudes traditional charm with its stone houses and cobbled streets. There you’ll find the Church of Saint Nikitas and many authentic tavernas. Nikiti is also known for the Sofronios Basilica from the 5th century, one of the oldest Christian churches in the region of Macedonia. Nature and food enthusiasts can explore local wineries, visit the open-air market held every Friday, and enjoy the rich variety of local honey, as Nikiti has been a major honey-producing center in Europe for over 600 years. The area surrounding Nikiti is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, such as Koviou, Kalogria, Spathies, Elia, and Karidi. Thanks to its convenient location, Nikiti is the perfect base for exploring both the western and eastern coasts of Sithonia. Just two kilometers from the center, the main road splits, providing quick access to both sides of the peninsula, where visitors can discover secluded coves, picturesque fishing villages, and lush pine forests. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki’s Macedonia Airport, is about 80 kilometers away, making travel to and from the villa easy and efficient for both domestic and international guests.
