Mercer Luxury Maisonette is located at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, in Nikiti. This modernly equipped accommodation is 350 meters away from the beach and about 1 km from the marina, making it an ideal choice for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and pleasant vacation.
The two-bedroom apartment, suitable for a maximum of five adults, is a duplex that spans two levels. On the lower level, on the ground floor, you will find the living room, kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and another bathroom. The living room features a sofa intended for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, each room has air conditioning and a TV, guests have access to WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
On the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy the view of the surroundings and socialize with family and friends while barbecuing.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every five days during your stay.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

- The minimum period of stay is three nights in May, June and September, and four nights in July and August.
