Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Avina Luxury Maisonette is located in a quiet area of Nikiti, approximately 350 meters from the beach. The accommodation is modernly equipped and functionally designed, ideal for families and groups of friends. It is situated in an excellent location for exploring Sithonia, as it lies at the crossroads between the western and eastern coast, making all beaches equally accessible. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia are located near Nikiti, a well-organized town with a long city beach and a pleasant promenade. Nikiti offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday, with a favorable climate and no strong winds. The city beach is mostly sandy, with a long shallow area ideal for children, well-maintained and always clean.
The apartment with two bedrooms, suitable for up to five adults, is a maisonette spread over two levels. On the lower level, the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom, while the upper level, the first floor, features two bedrooms and another bathroom. Each bedroom has two connected single beds, and the living room has a sofa for one person.
A baby cot is available on request and included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers air-conditioning units and TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. Guests also have access to WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
On the ground floor there is a veranda, while the first floor features two balconies accessible from both bedrooms. All are equipped with seating sets, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment. In the back part of the yard there is a barbecue area where guests can also spend pleasant time.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every fifth day.
A private parking space is provided for guests.
