- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description

The accommodation is just 180 meters from the sea and sandy beach, making it an ideal choice for a carefree summer holiday. Thanks to its position, it offers a beautiful sea view and perfectly combines a peaceful environment with the close proximity of all amenities that Nikiti has to offer. This apartment is an excellent choice for guests seeking a comfortable stay in an authentic coastal setting.
The spacious and modernly furnished apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to seven guests—five adults and two children. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms feature double beds, while the living room includes a corner sofa suitable for two people. Upon request, an extra bed can be added for a seventh guest.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation features air-conditioning units in the living room as well as in each bedroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
On the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view. Additionally, on the opposite side of the apartment there is a passage balcony located directly in front of the entrance. A barbecue can be provided upon request.
Pets are allowed in the apartment upon prior arrangement with the owner and for an additional fee. Guests traveling with pets are required to pay a refundable security deposit upon check-in, intended to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit is fully refunded upon departure.
Guests check into a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Towel and bed linen changes are not provided during the stay and are performed after departure. An additional cleaning service is available for an extra charge, as well as towel and bed linen replacement.
One parking space is provided for guests of this accommodation.
