Apollo Sea Side Maisonette is located in Nikiti, just 150 meters from the beach, making it an excellent choice for guests who want to be close to the sea and have easy access to the beach. The location allows guests to reach the beach in just a few minutes of easy walking, without the need to use a car. The accommodation is modernly equipped, spacious, and functionally organized, with a focus on comfort and practicality during the stay. The interior is modernly designed and provides a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation for both families and couples. Nikiti is one of the most popular resorts on Sithonia, known for its long sandy beach and well-organized seaside promenade. The village offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops, as well as a pleasant atmosphere suitable for evening walks. All of this makes Nikiti an ideal place for a relaxed and fulfilling summer vacation.
The three-bedroom apartment, which is a maisonette in structure, extends over three levels and can accommodate up to seven adults. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third level, which is actually the attic, there is one more bedroom. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, Smart TV, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
There is a veranda on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are two balconies. All areas are equipped with seating furniture, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement and free of charge.
Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, which are provided by the owners every three days. Additional cleaning is available at an extra charge.
