JKS Apartment is a spacious and modernly equipped accommodation in Nikiti, one of the most popular resorts on the Sithonia peninsula. Thanks to the comfortable interior and functional layout, it is an ideal choice for large families and larger groups of friends who want a carefree vacation in a pleasant environment. It is located about 740 meters from the nearest beach and the resort center, where you can find numerous bars, cafes and shops. In addition, its location is an excellent starting point for exploring the beautiful beaches, hidden coves and natural beauties of Sithonia, as well as numerous attractions throughout Chalkidiki.
The apartment, intended for a maximum of six adults, consists of two levels - the second floor and the attic. On the level of the second floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom, while two more bedrooms are located in the attic. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, providing guests with the highest possible level of comfort and sleep quality.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
This accommodation is fully air-conditioned, and guests have a total of four air conditioners available - in the living room and in each bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a total of three flat screen TVs, positioned in the living room and two bedrooms, while wireless internet connection is also available, ensuring full availability of all multimedia content. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals and is equipped with all the necessary elements - a large refrigerator with a freezer, a four-burner stove with a large oven, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. A dishwasher, washing machine and a hair dryer are available to guests during their stay.
In the open space, guests can enjoy a total of two balconies, on the second floor level and on the attic level, which are equipped with seating furniture and provide the perfect place to relax during pleasant summer evenings.
It is possible to stay in this facility with small and medium-sized pets, up to 15 kilograms in weight, without additional fees and deposits, and only with a prior notice during the reservation process.
Guests can park their vehicles using a private parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the facility, according to the availability, taking into account the limited number of spaces, as well as along the street.
The main beach in Nikiti is sandy with a gradual entrance to the sea, which makes it ideal for families with children. Nikiti is known for its combination of traditional and modern elements - the old part of the resort is decorated with stone houses, while the promenade along the sea offers a rich selection of restaurants, pastry shops and shops. This resort is an excellent starting point for exploring Sithonia, some of the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki - Kalogria and Lagomandra, are nearby. The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 88 km away, and the popular resorts of Metamorfosi and Neos Marmaras are also close.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
