Daniela House is located in Nikiti, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Sithonia peninsula, approximately 600 meters from the nearest beach and around 1 kilometer from the main beach of the village. The property is an excellent choice for families and small groups of guests who are looking for a spacious and functional apartment in a quieter part of Nikiti, while still being well connected to all local amenities, including restaurants, cafés, shops, and the seaside promenade.
The apartment is designed to accommodate up to six adults and is arranged over two levels, offering both comfort and greater privacy during the stay. On the lower level, located on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, on the second floor, features two bedrooms. Both levels have a clearly defined layout, and the bedrooms further enhance the sense of privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for two people.
The accommodation is equipped with amenities that ensure a comfortable and practical stay. Three air-conditioning units, located in the living room and in each bedroom, allow individual temperature control throughout the apartment. Guests also have access to free WiFi and a TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob with four cooking zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, allowing for convenient meal preparation during the stay. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available, further contributing to the practicality and comfort of the accommodation.
The apartment features two balconies overlooking the yard and the street. The balconies are equipped with seating furniture and provide a pleasant corner for relaxation during the day or evening, offering basic outdoor comfort.
Pets are allowed on request and are subject to a mandatory security deposit upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided no damage has occurred during the stay.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation, as regular cleaning service and linen/towel changes are not included in the standard offer. Cleaning services, as well as additional sets of bed linen and towels, are available upon request at an extra charge.
The property does not offer private parking spaces; however, parking is available on the street as well as in nearby public parking areas, depending on availability.
Nikiti is well known for its long sandy beach with a gentle sea entry, making it ideal for families with children. The village offers a wide selection of tavernas, cafés, and shops along the promenade, as well as all essential services for a pleasant stay. In the immediate surroundings of Nikiti, some of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia can be found, such as Agios Ioannis, Kalogria, and Koviou, known for their turquoise waters, rocky coves, and pine trees reaching down to the shoreline. Nearby, other popular destinations include Neos Marmaras, approximately 20 km away, known for its lively atmosphere and marina; Metamorfosi, around 10 km away, offering a quieter, family-friendly environment; and Old Nikiti, located just a few kilometers uphill above the coast, preserving an authentic traditional atmosphere with stone houses and the Church of Saint Nikitas. The accommodation is approximately 88 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

- Upon arrival, guests traveling with pets are required to pay a security deposit of 200 €, which may be retained by the owner in case of any damage. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage is caused during the stay.
