Nikiti Studio is located in Nikiti, about 70 meters from the beach, making it suitable for guests for whom short distance to the sea is an important condition during their holiday. The accommodation can be a good choice for couples and families with children who want a simpler stay in the town, with the possibility to use the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops, and other amenities of Nikiti without complicated planning.

The apartment is situated in a semi‑basement, accessed by five steps. It is designed for up to two adults and two children under 15 years old. The space is simply organized and adapted for family stays, with a kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and an extra single bed, while the kitchen area includes a sofa for one person, providing an additional sleeping place.

For families traveling with a baby, a crib can be provided on request and free of charge, making it easier for parents to organize their stay and reducing the need to bring extra equipment from home.

The apartment’s equipment is adapted to practical and more independent stays during summer holidays. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature during warmer days, while WiFi and a TV allow guests to relax after time spent at the beach or walking. The kitchen area is equipped for everyday meal preparation, with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a frappe mixer. The apartment also has a washing machine, useful especially for longer stays or holidays with children, as well as a hair dryer.

A private veranda expands the outdoor living space and can be a pleasant part of the accommodation during the day. It offers a partial view of the sea and the yard, adding to the impression of closeness to the coast. Guests also have access to a landscaped yard with a maintained lawn, though it does not have additional seating or facilities for longer outdoor stays.

Pets are welcome in this accommodation free of charge, making it suitable for guests who want to spend their holiday with their pets.

During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. A basic set of bed linen and towels is provided, along with a replacement set that guests can change themselves. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

One private parking space is available for guests arriving by car, which can simplify daily movement, especially given the proximity of the beach and the apartment’s location in Nikiti.

Nikiti is one of the most well‑known towns in Sithonia, located on the western coast of the peninsula. The newer part of the settlement developed along the sea, with a promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops, and amenities that make organizing a holiday easier. The long town beach is suitable for extended seaside stays, with sections offering sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as areas for guests using their own equipment. The sea entry is generally easy, making this part of town suitable for families, couples, and guests who enjoy spending most of the day near the coast. In addition to the seaside area, Nikiti also has an old village above the coast, with narrow streets, stone houses, and a calmer atmosphere, giving the town more character than a typical resort. Thanks to its location on the main road, Nikiti is a practical starting point for visiting Sithonia’s famous beaches, including Agios Ioannis, Kalogria, Koviou, and Lagomandra, as well as for exploring other parts of the peninsula. The accommodation is about 88 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
