Accommodation description

Azur Apartments is a neat and comfortable accommodation located in one of the most popular resorts on Sithonia – Nikiti. Situated 400 m from the resort center and 500 m from the beach, it provides an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday for small families or groups of friends, combining functionality with easy access to all essential amenities.

The property offers a total of 11 studios and two apartments, located on the ground floor, raised ground floor, first floor, or second floor. The apartments can accommodate up to four adults and consist of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. They are furnished with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room. All studios feature a double bed and, depending on their capacity, may also include an additional double bed, a single sofa bed, or an extra bed. Studios accommodating up to three adults consist of a living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, while those designed for four or five adults are arranged over two levels and additionally feature an open gallery with a sleeping area.

A baby cot can be provided upon prior request and at an additional charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV and complimentary wireless WiFi internet access for guests’ convenience. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and includes a built-in cooktop with two ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a compact refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A hairdryer is also available in every unit.

Guests can relax outdoors on the private balcony or, in the case of ground-floor units, on the veranda. Both balconies and verandas are furnished with outdoor seating, making them ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or spending pleasant evenings outdoors. Guests also have access to the landscaped shared courtyard, which is fenced, furnished with seating areas, and features a gazebo.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Housekeeping, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are provided every fourth day. Additional services can also be arranged at an extra charge.

Guests may park their vehicles in the property’s private parking area, which offers six parking spaces available subject to availability. If the parking lot is full, street parking is available nearby.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 4 years.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
