Garden Villas is a modern, elegant, and luxuriously appointed accommodation located in the popular resort of Nikiti on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated just 180 m from the beach and 1,400 m from the town center, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, combining stylish interiors with beautifully designed outdoor spaces.

The property consists of ten apartments of various sizes and layouts, catering to different types of travelers.

The most spacious apartments, offering the highest level of comfort and privacy, are ideal for larger families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to eight adults. The ground floor features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor includes another bedroom and a bathroom, while the second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay for every guest.

The three-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully arranged across three levels, can accommodate up to ten adults. The ground floor includes a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor features an additional living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while the second floor consists of one bedroom and a bathroom. Guests are accommodated on double beds in each bedroom, while both living rooms include a sofa bed suitable for two people.

The two-bedroom apartment, spread over two levels, offers a practical layout and comfortable accommodation for up to four adults. The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while the first floor features the second bedroom and another bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds.

The one-bedroom apartment, designed for up to four guests and located on the second floor, is an excellent choice for couples or small families. It consists of one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests sleep on a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room.

A baby cot is included in the price and is available in every accommodation unit.

The entire property is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning units installed in every bedroom and living room to ensure maximum comfort throughout the summer. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all apartments, along with flat-screen Smart TVs, allowing guests to enjoy the same digital conveniences as they do at home.

Each kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in hob featuring either two or four ceramic cooking zones, a large oven, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. Every apartment also includes a washing machine and a hairdryer for guests’ convenience.

Guests can fully appreciate the luxurious character of Garden Villas by enjoying its exceptional outdoor amenities. Apartments located entirely or partially on the second floor feature a balcony with a private jacuzzi, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing soak while enjoying the warm summer breeze and a favorite drink. Apartments that include a ground-floor level also offer a furnished veranda and a private enclosed garden with a swimming pool, making a day at the beach an option rather than a necessity.

Please note that the two-bedroom apartment does not include a balcony with a jacuzzi, while the one-bedroom apartment on the second floor does not have a veranda or a private garden with a swimming pool.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Housekeeping, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is provided every fourth day. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge.

Each apartment is provided with one private parking space.

Garden Villas is the perfect choice for travelers who seek more than simply visiting the resort and spending time at the beach. Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
