Located in a quiet part of Nikiti, within a newly built complex, Boho Luxury Suites offers two modern apartments, making it an excellent choice for a holiday with family or friends. The beach is approximately 700 metres away and can be reached with a pleasant walk, while the location offers a good balance between peace and the lively atmosphere of the resort. The contemporary interiors and amenities contribute to a pleasant stay, while the proximity of restaurants, cafés and shops allows guests to fully experience the charm of Nikiti. Boho Luxury Suites is an excellent choice for those looking for modern accommodation and a holiday surrounded by Mediterranean ambience.

The two four-person apartments are located on the first and second floors of the building. Each apartment can accommodate up to four adults and consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. Both apartments are modernly furnished and provide ample space for families or small groups of friends.

Modern amenities and a wide range of facilities make both apartments an excellent choice for a pleasant stay. Each apartment features two air-conditioning units, Wi-Fi internet connection and a smart TV in the living room. Both kitchens are equipped with everything guests may need during their holiday. The apartment on the first floor features a large fridge with freezer, a full-size oven and a built-in hob with four ceramic glass cooking zones, while the kitchen in the apartment on the second floor is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment and a hob with two ceramic glass cooking zones. Both kitchens also feature a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, all available in each apartment.

The stay at this accommodation is complemented by balconies designed for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Both apartments have one balcony each, furnished with a seating set, making them an ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee, dining outdoors or unwinding in the evening. One of the balconies also offers a distant sea view. Guests can also enjoy a fenced courtyard, which provides a play area for the youngest visitors, while the overall setting contributes to a pleasant stay.

Pets are welcome upon prior agreement with the owners. The stay of small pets is included in the accommodation price, while an additional fee applies for larger pets.

For stays of 10 nights or more, cleaning, as well as a change of bed linen and towels, is provided in both apartments halfway through the stay. For shorter stays, as well as for additional cleaning or linen and towel changes during longer stays, these services are available at an extra charge.

A limited number of parking spaces are available within the complex. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are not guaranteed. They are available subject to availability upon arrival. If all spaces are occupied, guests can also look for parking along the nearby street.

Nikiti is one of the most popular holiday resorts on the Sithonia peninsula, known for its long sandy beach, crystal-clear waters and wide range of leisure facilities. The seafront promenade is lined with traditional tavernas, cafés and shops, while the quieter parts of the resort offer a perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to local amenities. The old village of Nikiti exudes traditional Greek charm, and its convenient location makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the many attractions of Sithonia. Nearby destinations include Metamorfosi, 7 km away, Agios Nikolaos, 10 km away, and Neos Marmaras, 22 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 88 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
