Ottelia Luxury Suites offers thoughtfully designed accommodation units suitable for different needs, while the building is also equipped with an elevator. The four-person studios are located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three adults and one child, while the more spacious five-person studios are spread over two levels and located on the first floor, featuring an open gallery leading to the upper level and accommodating up to five adults. The four-person studios combine a sleeping area with a kitchen and bathroom, with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. The five-person studios offer a more distinct division of space: the lower level features a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, accessed via an open gallery, contains the sleeping area with an additional bathroom. These units feature a double bed, a sofa bed for two people and an additional sofa, making the space suitable for up to five adults.
A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking, and its use is included in the accommodation price.
Each accommodation unit at Ottelia Luxury Suites is equipped with amenities that make a modern stay easier and more complete. All units have air conditioning, with the smaller units equipped with one air-conditioning unit and the larger ones with two. Wi-Fi internet and a Smart TV with Netflix provide additional entertainment and allow guests to maintain some of their everyday habits even while on holiday. Guests also have access to safes for securely storing personal belongings, as well as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen area in each unit includes two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, allowing meals and beverages to be prepared without leaving the accommodation.
The outdoor area has been carefully designed so that guests can enjoy spending time outdoors throughout the day. Each ground-floor unit has a balcony with outdoor seating, while the two-level studios feature two balconies each, providing additional space for morning coffee, a break or evening relaxation. A special highlight is the spacious, fenced courtyard with a large swimming pool at its centre, surrounded by 12 sun loungers, where guests can spend the day swimming and relaxing in the sun. A shower is also available in the courtyard, while the fenced area provides additional safety for families with children and allows them to enjoy the outdoors.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
The accommodation units are cleaned daily during the guests’ stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every other day.
The property offers 12 parking spaces, providing convenient and easy parking for vehicles during the stay.

For those who prefer quieter coves and more natural surroundings, the coastline offers numerous smaller beaches and secluded bays, while Nikiti’s convenient location makes it easy to explore the whole of Sithonia. Thessaloniki International Airport is 87 km away.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
