Accommodation description

Evangelia’s Family House is a new accommodation at just a short walk from Trani Ammouda beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. Situated in the paradise courtyard in Ormos Panagias, this villa has all our recommendations for a quiet family vacation in a great location for sightseeing in Sithonia. In addition to the beautifully landscaped courtyard, the accommodation has also a very high level of hygiene and new furniture.

The distance from the sea is about 300m, while the center is at about 900m, while the bigger market can be found at about 1km.

The house was last time renovated in 2015.

The offer includes ten studios (25m2) with a terrace (5m2). Six studios are equipped with one double bed and a sofa bed for two, while four have one double bed and bunk beds. Since 2023, there are three more Deluxe studios and one Superior, located on the ground floor, of which one is a double (25m2), two three-bed (30m2) and one four-bed (35m2). All studios have one double bed, while the three-bed studio has an additional single bed, and the four-bed studio has two single beds.

The studios are air-conditioned, have TV, Starlink internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are fully equipped and include refrigerators with freezers, as well as everything necessary for guests to prepare their own meals. In the bathrooms, the showers do not have a cabin, but are protected by glass on one side, and a hairdryer is available to guests in each bathroom.

Bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 days, while the garbage is taken away every day.

In the yard, there’s a small playground for children and since the location is quiet, it’s ideal for families with children. There’s covered parking in a spacious courtyard.

You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road and entering Ormos Panagias at the entrance on the left that leads to Trani Ammouda Beach. You will drive down that road and when you reach the accommodation Anna Pousi, after 50m you will turn into a smaller street on the left. Follow the signs and after 100m you will reach the accommodation.

The accommodation is a great choice for all of those who want a quiet holiday, close to a beautiful beach.

Excellent accommodation, superb location, beautiful beach, equipped with amenities for children, clean and tidy. It also features a carport.

The accommodation is tidy, the beach is nearby, but the downside is the very small space, a lack of kitchen utensils, and the air conditioning has not been serviced for an extended period.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 50 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
