Respectfully, if I had to search for a "hair in the egg," no matter how long I thought about it, I wouldn't find one. From the kindness of the hosts to the staff we encountered daily, the rating is 10+. Their communicativeness, friendliness, and approachability when addressing any issues or requests were, for me, at a level far exceeding any score I could give.

A beautiful courtyard, very close to the beach, we were accommodated in a three-bed studio on the ground floor. The accommodation is decent, it is clean, but the bathroom could be a bit better organized, at least with a curtain or a door on the shower cabin. The owners are wonderful and kind, and the landlady speaks Serbian. Overall, we are satisfied and highly recommend it.

All in all, we had a wonderful time. We have no complaints, except that it was a bit cramped, but that didn't bother us, because "if the kids aren't angry, the house isn't cramped" 😂

Regarding the accommodation, the cleanliness should be improved, the studio with three beds is too small, but the proximity to the beach is a significant advantage. I believe the price is too high for what they offer.

First, I would like to express my gratitude to Nikana for the professional assistance in selecting the family vacation that suits us best. This year, in general, prices have increased by approximately 20-30%, at least that’s how it seems to me. We were accommodated about 250m from one of the most beautiful blue flag beaches, Livrohio/Trani Ammousa, in Ormos Panagias. The accommodation was not particularly comfortable, but it was clean. We would come back again.

Overall, the impressions are very positive. The owners are fair and courteous. The owner speaks Serbian, which is a pleasant surprise. The rooms/apartments are somewhat smaller in size, and the unnecessary wardrobes in the rooms, which serve no purpose, further diminish the already limited space. Personally, a wardrobe fell on my head when I opened it; at that moment, a drawer opened and it tipped over, causing it to fall. Fortunately, my husband was in the room. Another point is that the ground floor rooms have a damp, musty, or stale smell; I’m not exactly sure how to describe it, while the upstairs rooms are slightly better. There is a foul odor coming from the drains, and during showering, foam and a bit of water come out of them, clearly they haven't been cleaned in ages. Perhaps they will be cleaned, but evidently not thoroughly enough.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations. In the five-person apartment, everything has been renovated: wardrobes, kitchen, new, comfortable beds, and memory foam pillows. If comfort is important to you, this is truly an excellent apartment. It is clean, the linens are changed every three days, and of course, the towels are as well. You have a stove with an induction cooktop, a larger refrigerator that cools excellently, a kettle, a microwave, and even a sandwich maker. The dishes are completely new, coffee mugs are the same, several sets, modern, and the glasses too. The air conditioning is installed in both rooms, and it cooled so well that it was kept on 28 degrees the entire time. We saw the hosts twice, completely unobtrusive; the man did not ask us for money immediately, instead, we sought him out after a few days to make the payment. The apartment is on the ground floor and has access to a terrace that leads directly into a huge yard. The yard even has three real swings where adults can swing too. Once again, through Nikana, we got exactly what we were looking for and what we were told. Highly recommended!

The proximity to the beach and the courtyard is the only advantage of this accommodation. The space is cramped, and we returned with bruises from the bed and wardrobe.

The accommodation is situated near a beautiful beach, and the location is excellent. The yard is spacious, and the children enjoyed it. The beds are comfortable. The wifi connection is quite poor, and the rooms are small and of average quality.

The rooms are quite small, unable to accommodate two people, let alone two adults and two children. Prices are higher if you are a party of 2+2, while only two adults can stay in the same apartment for a lower price. They have only one apartment with two bedrooms. The apartments are very old, the beds are small, and cleanliness is lacking…

The images sent during the accommodation search and what awaited us were anything but the same. The location is the same, the yard is the same, the sea is the same, the beds, the rooms, the service. In short, for that money, it is a disgrace what awaited us. We could only dream of the apartment; we could also only dream of the studio. It is absurd how they managed to fit in two miniature beds that they count as four, and barely two people can sleep normally on them. Four of us were crammed until it was no longer possible, and we left that accommodation because of everything, along with the storm that followed as the icing on the cake. Now some will say: you waited for September to go on vacation, and yes, that exists, who is to blame? No one, of course, but accommodation for the following years should be chosen on-site, so you can see what you are getting, not like this.

A great accommodation for families with children, perfectly located near beautiful beaches. A spacious yard filled with greenery. The studios are too small, and the bed sizes fall below any standard, being inadequate even for two children, let alone for two adults. There is no internet service. The furniture is old. The wardrobe has an unpleasant odor.

As a married couple with a small child, we found everything necessary for a peaceful and unpretentious vacation. The relationship between price and quality is entirely objective. The proximity of the accommodation to the beach is its greatest advantage, along with a spacious yard that always has secured parking. We chose a studio on the upper floor in advance due to potential noise. The hosts are unobtrusive and kind, ready to address any issues that may arise. The beach is quite decent for families, even for those who do not wish or cannot visit other beaches. The port is nearby, accessible by foot, while the nearest well-stocked market, bakery, and gas station are a bit further away, but for those with cars, this is not a problem. The surroundings are peaceful, which is most enjoyable and creates a true vacation atmosphere. For those who need it, it's important to note that the internet connection is weak. All in all, a warm recommendation for a very decent, charming, and unpretentious accommodation.

An excellent accommodation, with a phenomenal location - close to the beach, Nikiti, and other interesting places to visit. The 1/4 studio is relatively small in size and furnished with older furniture, yet everything is clean and tidy, with regular changes of towels and bed linens. The yard is perfect for families with children, and there is parking available within the yard. The owners are unobtrusive and fair.

The studio is small, yet I highly recommend it due to its proximity to Trani Amouda beach, which is an excellent choice for a family vacation. The village of Ormos Panagias serves as a great base for exploring Sithonia. The yard is spacious and beautifully landscaped, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The linens and towels were changed once, on the sixth day of our stay.

The accommodation is situated in an exceptional location, featuring a beautiful and well-kept yard, along with a spacious terrace. The hosts are outstanding, and the beach is just 100 meters away. The only drawback is that the beach is no longer the one I remember from three or four years ago. It used to be empty, always offering plenty of space regardless of the number of visitors. Now, they have crammed in beach bars, and it has become one of those beaches that I personally do not enjoy. Crowds are inevitable.

The fact that I am spending my second consecutive year in this accommodation perhaps best reflects my opinion of Maria House. The owners and staff are exceptionally kind and unobtrusive. The apartments are "classically Greek". Nothing is particularly distinctive, nor does anything stand out. It is exceptionally clean. The location of the accommodation is excellent. The entire complex is surrounded by greenery. There is a strange positive energy that prevails, and that is something I truly appreciate. For those who do not have high expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend Maria House! Perhaps the greatest advantage is the proximity to an exceptionally beautiful beach. This will suit parents with children, as they will not have to "move" to the beach considering that the accommodation is nearby. From my perspective, there are no drawbacks. You get what you pay for. That is why I mentioned that this is accommodation for people who do not have high expectations. I believe that for this price, one receives an exceptionally nice and clean place to stay. As a drawback, if one can even call it that, is that there are many children playing in the courtyard after the beach. Personally, I don’t mind it, but there may be people who are not accustomed to or do not want such a situation, and it might bother them.

We stayed in a five-person apartment at Maria House. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is spacious enough for a family of four. The owners are very friendly. We encountered an issue with the bathroom, which they promptly resolved the same evening. The yard is beautifully arranged and perfect for children.

The accommodation is modest, and one might even say sparse for a daily rental amount of €68. Towels and bed linen were replaced only once during the 13-night stay, contrary to what was stated in the offer. There is hardly enough space in the apartment to store even a medium-sized suitcase. I find it puzzling how they calculated those 40 plus square meters of space, as there are no more than 30 when including the terrace. From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you will experience quite an adventure while showering, as there will be no cold water available. There is no peace or intimacy even during the hours when the house rules stipulate that tranquility and silence for guests should be ensured. The kitchen equipment is minimal, lacking a range hood, and the dishes are incomplete and of very poor quality. All in all, for that amount of money, it should have been much better. The only positive aspect is the proximity to the beach.

Maria House Studios is an excellent choice, located very close to a beautiful sandy beach (less than 100 m) and in a lovely setting. This place is ideal for family vacations and for children. The beach is spacious and not at all crowded like other nearby locations. Close to the accommodation (about 5 minutes away) lies a charming little fishing village, Ormos Panagias, which has only 2-3 restaurants, while for those seeking a bit more liveliness, the well-kept Nikiti is just a 5-6 minute drive away. Maria House Studios features a beautifully arranged courtyard, private parking, air conditioning, TV, and other standard amenities. The owners are very kind, especially George. The only "drawback" of this accommodation might be that the rooms are somewhat small and the furniture is a bit dated, along with the fact that cleaning and changing linens could be done at least twice a week. I highly recommend this accommodation as a very good choice for a vacation.
