In a location of rare, natural beauty, in the Trani Ammouda (Livrochio) bay, at Sithonia of Halkidiki, the Ammouda Villas resort is a luxurious accommodation option for eclectic families. Ammouda Villas is taking full advantage of its unique position, with the garden of the resort being just a few yards from the vast sand beach; it offers limitless view of the sapphire sea, the port of Ormos Panagias and the Mount Athos Peninsula. The evergreen exterior spaces, the vast terraces and the large openings only begin to describe the sensation, complemented by the air of comfort, luxury and classy taste in the interior of the villas. Able to host up to 8 guests (6 for the Ground Floor villa), with big, bright bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen, Ammouda Villas turn family holidays more attractive and dreamy than ever!

- Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
- Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 50% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
