Description
If you are looking for a luxury and modern complex, with all necessary amenities for real vacation, Ammouda Villas is the right choice for it, close to one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, Trani Ammouda.
Accommodation is only 30m away from the private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, around 1,5km from the first supermarket and from the taverns in Ormos Panagias nearthe port.
It offers double rooms, sextuple maisonettes and quadruple ground floor villas. The maisonette can accommodate a maximum of eight persons if two persons stay in the double room located next to the villa.
All accommodation units have TV, internet, air conditioning, equipped kitchen with hot plates (except the rooms), bathroom with shower cabin and balcony with table and chairs.
Accommodation also offers breakfast, which only guests of double rooms can pay extra.
In the courtyard there are barbecue, tables for table football and ping-pong, small basketball field, private parking and playground for children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 50% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, u delu vašeg sajta "Slobodni termini" mi je iskočila ova vila uz napomenu da je noćenje 108 EUR u periodu 03.08 - 21.09. Međutim kada uđem u rezervaciju smeštaja izlazi mi kalkulacija od 1000 eur/noći. O čemu se radi, koja je cena tačna? Hvala
