Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
On the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, in the small fishing village of Ormos Panagias, located 2.7km from the center, there is a fully equipped ground floor house, which represents a true little oasis of peace and relaxation with a mesmerizing sea view. An ideal choice for those seeking tranquility, silence, and absolute privacy, away from the settlement.
This accommodation is 200m away from the nearest beach, Petra, while the Lagonisi beach is 1km away. At a distance of 3.2km, you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Sithonia, Livrohio beach (Trani Amuda).
At a distance of 850m from the accommodation, you can rent a boat and enjoy the charms of the surrounding beaches, and if you enjoy excursions and cruises, there is a tourist agency in the town center. Restaurants, cafes, shops, bakeries, and fish markets are located in the town center near the port.
This property has one accommodation unit, an apartment with three bedrooms, covering an area of 70m2, with a kitchen, a living room, and one bathroom. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
To the right of the entrance is the living room with a corner sofa and a sofa for two. The living room leads to a veranda. To the left of the entrance is the kitchen with a dining table. Straight ahead is the bathroom, while all bedrooms are on the left side, along with the kitchen. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (with a direct sea view), the second bedroom has a sofa for two, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
The house is air-conditioned and has mosquito nets. Guests have access to a smart TV, free WiFi, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary tableware, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a large oven, a ceramic hob with two burners, and a washing machine. The bathroom features a built-in shower without a curtain.
The house is located on the ground floor. The living room has direct access to a wooden covered veranda with a direct sea view, furnished with a seating set, ideal for relaxation and enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view.
The entrance to the spacious and fenced yard, adorned with flowers and stone paths, is directly from the street. Guests also have access to a large covered gazebo with a large table and chairs, a sink, and a washing machine. Behind the gazebo, there is a private barbecue and a garden fountain.
With prior arrangement with the owner, pets are allowed at an additional cost.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available only for reservations of seven nights or more. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations.
Private parking is provided within the accommodation, in the yard, for all guests.

Poštovani ako sam dobro razumela cena ovog smeštaja za 6 osoba u terminu 23.06-03.07 (10 noći), je 2124 plus 100 eura=2224. Kolika je doplata ako želimo čišćenje i promenu peškira na dva dana. Hvala.
