At the same time, the proximity of the port and the picturesque settlement allows for a daily experience of an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The combination of direct access to the beach and practical proximity to local amenities makes staying at Alinas House ideal for a relaxing holiday and exploring Sithonia at your own pace.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator and is designed to accommodate up to six adults and two children. The interior includes a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, three separate bedrooms, and one bathroom, providing basic functionality during the stay. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has bunk beds; additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a sofa bed for two people. The interior is decorated in a modern style, combining practicality and a pleasant atmosphere, offering all the elements needed for a larger group of guests to stay comfortably at the same time.

Guests have access to four air-conditioning units ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the day, while entertainment is provided by WiFi internet and three smart TVs with access to digital channels and apps. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove with four ceramic heating zones and a large oven, making meal preparation simple and quick. In addition, there is a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine, all of which contribute to comfort and convenience. A hairdryer and washing machine add further practicality, especially during longer stays.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment’s cleanliness themselves, allowing them to adapt daily chores to their own pace and habits. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided, and guests change them independently whenever it suits them best. For guests arriving by car, one private parking space is available within the courtyard, while additional parking is provided in front of the building. It is best known for its port, from which boats depart daily to Mount Athos and the island of Diaporos, making it one of the main starting points for exploring this part of Halkidiki. Nearby lies the spacious sandy beach of Trani Ammouda, with fine sand, a gradual entrance into the sea, and exceptionally clean waters, making it a favorite among families with children and considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
