An exceptionally beautiful villa. Our stay was very pleasant. The lawn in the garden is lovely. It is an exceptionally quiet place. The landlady Marija is an extremely kind and honest person. In about fifteen minutes, at a leisurely pace along a gentle incline, you reach the center of Neos Marmarisa.

Returning, we were pleasantly surprised and even more delighted. We enjoyed the beautiful Neosus and were exceptionally pleased with the hospitality of the owner, Maria. The apartments are spacious enough for a family of four, with a large terrace overlooking the wonderfully maintained courtyard, which is clearly well cared for, as is the entire property. The lawn, seating arrangements, olive trees, and flowers provide a feast for the eyes and soul. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of cold water and sweets, and as a gift, we received olive oil, which is a lovely gesture of attention. We highly recommend the villa and send our regards from Serbia!

We spent nine wonderful days at Michelmar Villa. Ms. Maria welcomed us with excellent Serbian and was at our disposal throughout our stay. The accommodation was larger than we expected, featuring a huge terrace and a spacious yard, perfect for families with children. It has everything needed, from dishes and hairdryers to irons for clothes. What we also appreciated was the covered parking.

The accommodation is exactly as described on the website. The owner, Marija, is an exceptionally kind and helpful person. She speaks Serbian. The apartment is outstanding, located near the sea, supermarket, and bakery. Parking is free. All in all, I highly recommend this accommodation. You can reach Neos Marmaras by foot in about ten minutes.

The accommodation is fantastic. It is clean, tidy, spacious, and functional, offering ample storage space both in the room and the bathroom. There is a large, spacious terrace with an awning, and screens are installed everywhere. The covered parking ensures that the vehicle is always in the shade. Maria is wonderful, polite, and hardworking; she speaks Serbian, and deserves special praise. She is always at your service and ready to help. The apartment is cleaned every three days, and the linens are changed at that time. It is a delight to enter the apartment on those days as everything smells fresh. We are extremely satisfied.

The location is excellent. The beach, market, and restaurant are all within a 5-minute walk. The landlady, Marija, is very polite and speaks Serbian well. An exceptionally well-equipped and beautifully arranged three-bed studio, remarkably clean, with bed linens and towels changed every third day. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, and the owner is extremely kind. A large terrace awaits you, along with a bottle of water, soap, toilet paper, dish detergent, a sponge, cloths, and sweets... almost unbelievable for Greece! Just a few minutes from the beach, a few minutes from the bakery, and a large, well-stocked self-service store... Truly a pleasant surprise compared to the accommodations we usually encounter in Greece!

Simply put, perfection. Regarding the comments that we are not welcome as Serbs, this is not true. The problem lies with the children who, when they play normally and scream, it is fine, but when they pull up the grass, turn over tables in the yard, and drag the legs of the table as if they are about to topple it, scatter toys instead of playing with them, and the parents sit idly by without reacting. We have experienced this. It is not the children that bother us; our little ones were also present, but rather the behavior of the parents.

The Greeks have lost their soul. Children are not welcome. There is no longer any recognizable hospitality, warmth, or generosity. Everything has been reduced to money. The only topic of conversation is how much each person pays. Although Serbs are the most numerous guests in the apartments, Maria, the owner, is not particularly happy about it. This sentiment is felt at every turn in the city; unfortunately, Serbs are not considered pleasant guests, as it used to be. Maria is bothered by children, especially their play. This is truly unfair. She should clearly state that she does not accept children if they disturb her so much and that she receives complaints about them every day. Children cannot sit quietly like adults; they need play and social interaction. I regret that the treatment of guests is such, as the accommodation is very nice and clean, truly good. We would likely come again, but with such treatment regarding children, and even adults who are here on vacation and do not wish to be lectured constantly, it makes no sense to stay in such a place. MichelMar, unfortunately, a bad experience. ☹️

The Mishel Mar Apartments, located on Sithonia near Neos Marmaras, are impeccably maintained, clean, and comfortable. The hostess, Maria, goes out of her way to accommodate every guest's desire and is exceptionally kind. The accommodation comes highly recommended - the garden is tidy and very beautiful, and parking is provided for each apartment. The apartments are cleaned daily, and bed linens and towels are changed every three days, all functioning flawlessly. They are situated in the second row from Paradisos beach, approximately 1.8 km from the center of Marmaras. However, reaching Marmaras requires conquering a steep hill to the main road, followed by a long descent into the town, necessitating serious fitness for a walk to the city. The beach itself is not among the most beautiful on Sithonia, so one should be prepared to visit all those wonderful beaches of Sithonia by car. Additionally, there is the issue that access to the accommodation is exclusively via a narrow street that serves as a drainage channel, raising concerns about its functionality during rain.

We stayed at this accommodation from July 9 to July 19, 2018. The villa deserves every praise and recommendation. It is located in a quiet area, about a hundred meters from Paradisos beach. We spent 9 nights in room 107 on the second floor, and for the last night, we moved to room 101 on the ground floor. The room change occurred because we asked the villa owner to extend our stay by one evening due to the complications and delays we experienced with transportation upon our arrival in Neos, as we did not reach our vacation on July 9 as planned, but rather late in the evening on July 10. The owner Maria greeted us politely and was available for all our needs or information that we required. As for the accommodation, I would gladly return to this villa. Room 107 was equipped with everything we needed - from dishes, dishwashing liquid, sponges, to soap, toilet paper, a kettle, a hairdryer, a stove, and a mini-oven, as well as very comfortable beds. There was always hot water, which has been a problem in many accommodations we have stayed in so far. The furniture is very nicely arranged, the room is excellently equipped and functional, and there is a large three-part wardrobe right next to the entrance door, so it does not take up space, and it is fully equipped, including drawers for clothes, as well as moth repellent... yes, such attention to detail was given when this villa was furnished that one cannot help but notice it. The bathroom is quite well arranged, it has natural ventilation, meaning a window, but, as in most Greek accommodations, this bathroom is the only item that can receive any criticism. It is clean, it is spacious, but the shower tray is simply too small; more water ends up outside of it than in it during every shower, and it is difficult for moisture to ventilate quickly, even with natural ventilation, but this is a standard issue in many accommodations, and for us personally, it was the least of our problems compared to all the villas we have stayed in so far. Otherwise, you have your own mop to tidy up and remove the aftermath of every shower. The terraces are exceptionally spacious, equipped with mosquito nets (in addition to which there is also a mosquito repellent in the room that plugs into the electricity), and they are equipped with clothes dryers; in other words, the accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant vacation, and for enjoyment, there is Sitonia, which has something to offer every visitor. The accommodation is maintained and cleaned daily by the owner Maria (who speaks Serbian very well) and a woman who works with her, and Maria is in the villa every day until 2 PM, so you can ask her anything you are uncertain about. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, which means that this is the type of villa where hygiene, as well as many details, are taken extremely seriously, making the price you would pay to come here understandable. The villa's yard is very spacious, beautifully arranged, the grass is regularly mowed and maintained, there is enough space for sitting, afternoon or evening relaxation, and there are also attractions for the youngest... everything is designed for the guests' relaxation and enjoyment. The villa also has its own parking space that is secured for the guests of each of the 9 rooms, which this villa has in total, where everyone has their own place, and the parking is covered by a canopy. The impression of room 101, where we spent one night, is similar, but our overall impression of room 107 on the second floor is better, as we are not fans of the ground floor, and the room on the upper floor seemed more functional to us (in the ground floor, the toilet window is quite small, and the shelves next to the bed do not have drawers, so they are not very practical...) It is unnecessary to speak about the price-quality ratio after such a description, but it should also be noted that many travel through agencies, which we have done for the past 7 years, meaning that the previous price of accommodation and transportation was lower. However, what you get here for the price you pay is truly related to a real vacation, rather than just surviving in accommodation. A big thank you to Nikana for accommodating us regarding all the complications we had when leaving for vacation this year, as well as to Maria, whom we warmly greet and hope to meet again. And yes, the olive oil that this woman produces with her family is absolutely recommended.

It serves as an ideal starting point for exploring nearby beaches such as Porto Carras, Toroni, Lagomandra, Koviu, Elia, Agios Ioanis, and Nikiti, as well as for crossing to the other side of Sithonia. Ms. Maria Mihallis is the owner of the property and speaks Serbian and English fluently. The studio where we stayed is spacious, featuring a large terrace, and the cleanliness is of an exceptionally high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items, including washing detergent, a washing sponge, a drying cloth, and all dishes are accounted for—nothing is missing. Additionally, a mosquito repellent device with liquid is provided. The apartment is cleaned daily, and new towels are delivered every third day. The yard is beautifully landscaped, with soft, green grass resembling a carpet, and it is equipped with a children's slide and toys. There is plenty of greenery, nine parking spaces with covers for cars, ensuring your vehicle is always in the shade, as well as a barbecue area. What we experienced during this vacation is something we have never encountered before (in the 20 years we have been vacationing in Greece); the price-quality ratio is completely satisfactory.
