Hotel Description

Pefko Hotel is located in Paradissos area, on the road that connects it with Neos Marmaras. The building is in good condition, regularly maintained, equipped with modest, but decent facilities. Affordable prices, large and nicely arranged courtyard and private parking are the main benefits of this accommodation.

The famous Paradissos beach is at about 450m from the property, the nearest bakery and supermarket are at less than 300m, the center of Neos Marmaras is 1km away and the city beach about 2km away.

In the offer are 10 double studios (18m2) on the first and second floor.

Three studios are on the backside and overlook behind the accommodation (no. 4, 5 and 10). Only three studios have double bed, while in all other accommodation units there are two connected single beds. Due to the limited space it is not possible to add an extra bed in units. Baby cot is available upon request when booking. Pets are allowed upon request.

All studios have a private terrace equipped with seating set and drying rack, kitchen with hotplates, fridge with a small freezer compartment and necessary dishes, bathroom with an edged showering area, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets and the internet connection. Cleaning, as well as replacement of sheets and towels, is done after 3-4 nights.

Guests can use the covered private parking, as well as the courtyard with a built-in barbecue and gazebo, perfect for enjoying and socializing.

At the BP gas station turn off the main road to the Paradissos area and continue ahead for just 300m.

The stay at Hotel Pefko was exceedingly pleasant; should we return to Neos Marmaras, we would surely stay there.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
