Katerina’s Apartments is an accommodation near Paradissos beach in Neos Marmaras. It offers the comfort and convenience of a family space, and vicinity of the beach, quiet location, kindness of the owners, and air-conditioned accommodation units with wireless internet are just some of its benefits.
The beach is at about 170m, while the Dimitris tavern and supermarket are about 160m away.
In the offer are studios for 2-4 people on the ground floor and duplex apartments for 6-7 people on the first floor.
The studios have one double and a single bed, mosquito nets, air conditioning, kitchenette with fridge, hotplates and necessary dishes, TV, internet and shower with a curtain in the bathroom. The ground floor studios have transient porches with outdoor seating sets. In all studios (except in one that is slightly smaller) can be added an extra bed.
Duplex apartments have two air-conditioned bedrooms with one double bed and access to the terrace, i.e. one double and a single bed, TV and access to the terrace. The living room with a kitchen is fitted with a sofa bed, armchair, TV, large dining table, coffee machine, mini-stove and refrigerator with freezer compartment. All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests can use a washing machine. The apartments also have two bathrooms, with bathtub and curtain, i.e. shower without shower tray.
The garden is not fenced, with greenery and portable grill. Usually, there’s a place to park in front of the accommodation.
Turn right from the Nikiti – Sarti road, drive for 130m towards the beach (up to Lamprinos Studios), then turn left. After 200m take a right, then after 40m take a left and 50m later you’ll be in front of Katerina’s Apartments.
