Our description
Near the beach, only few steps away from the supermarket and bakery, in Paradissos, near Neos Marmaras, at the ideal location for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia, there is accommodation Sole Del Paradiso.
From the Paradissos beach it is around 300m far and from the supermarket Lidl, bakery and the first tavern around 120m.
It offers one three-bed and one four-bed studio, one five-bed and one six-bed apartment. All are located on the ground floor.
Three-bed studio (Galini) has a double bed and a folding sofa for one person. Kitchen is little bit separated from the sleeping area. In the bathroom there is a shower with a glass partition.
Four-bed studio has a double bed and bunk beds. Bathroom is divided in two physically separated spaces, one is a toilet and in the other one is a shower (shower tray with a curtain).
Six-bed apartment (Armonia) has a double bed and bunk beds in the bedroom and two sofas in the living room with a kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower with a glass partition.
Five-bed apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a double bed and a sofa in the living room with a kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower tray with a curtain.
All accommodation units have air condition, internet, TV, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and an unfenced balcony with table and chairs. Kitchen is equipped with a small oven with three hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (only studio Galini has a small fridge, while the others have a large refrigerator with a freezer).
The yard is paved and fenced, it has a barbecue and in front are provided four parking places, one per each unit.
The accommodation can be easily reached since it is on the main road. Coming from the direction of Nikiti, the accommodation will be on your left, right next to the gas station which is in front of the turn for Neos Marmaras.

Accommodation Sole Del Paradiso is located about a kilometer from the center of Neos Marmarasa Paradissos beach is about four minutes away, while the pea beach Plaz is located two kilometers. Near the building there is a supermarket Lidl, bakery, souvenir shop, restaurants and a mini market.
It consists of a double, quadruple studio and a four-bed or five-bed apartment.
All accommodation units designed with great love to the smallest detail to provide you with a comfortable holiday have air conditioning, internet, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace with seating. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
