Description
Near Neos Marmaras, close to the Paradissos beach, among the olive trees there is Kathrin House, a modest but warm house with a yard full of greenery that provides freshness even in the hottest summer days. As it is in a quiet location away from the crowd and noise, guests here enjoy a certain sense of privacy.
The house is located in the Paradissos area, about 1km away from Neos Marmaras, and the nearest supermarket - Lidl, and a bakery are about 700m away. The beach is about 600m awaz from the accommodation.
Kathrin House is a ground floor apartment with a living room that has armchairs and two sofas, one of which can be unfolded. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The kitchen is slightly separated from the living room, but does not have a door. It is equipped with dining table with chairs, stove, kettle, large refrigerator with a freezer and the necessary utensils. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The accommodation is also air conditioned and has a TV, hairdryer, washing machine and mosquito nets. You maintain the hygiene of the accommodation yourself, while a set of clean towels and bed linen will be provided to you every five days by the owner.
The yard is large with lots of natural shade and flowers, and a barbecue is at your disposal. Parking is provided in the yard.
After turning right from the main highway, from the direction of Nikiti, before Lidl, follow the road for the next 300m, and then turn right. At the first next turn, turn left and continue on the dirt road to its end. Then turn left, and after 130m continue straight for another 80m on the right path that leads to the accommodation.
If privacy and a quiet location are your priority, and you own a car with which you can instantly find yourself on the beautiful nearby beaches, Kathrin House is definitely a great choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
