Dimitra’s Apartments is an accommodation close to Paradissos beach in Neos Marmaras. It offers clean and nicely furnished studios, and the quiet location and proximity to the beach are some of the advantages of this accommodation.

The beach is about 170m away, and Dimitris tavern and supermarket are about 160m away.

It offers four studios for 2-4 people on the ground floor.

Two-bed studio no. 1 has one double bed, four-bed studio no. 2 has one double bed, one single bed and a sofa for one person, while three-bed studios no. 3 and 4 have one double and one single bed, and if necessary, an extra bed for the fourth person can be added.

All accommodation units have a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob with two hotplates and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area without a curtain. All studios are on the ground floor and have a table and chairs on the veranda in front of the entrance.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, and the owners can provide a baby cot free of charge.

There is a parking space in the small, fenced yard in front of studios no. 1 and 4, while guests staying in studios no. 2 and 3 can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.

Turn right from the highway Nikiti - Sarti, drive 130m towards the beach (to Lamprinos Studios), then turn left. After 200m turn right, then after 40m turn left and 50m later you will be in front of Dimitra’s Apartments.

We were very satisfied; the proximity to the beach is excellent, and the city center is great for evening strolls. We plan to return again ;)

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
