Triton Villa is located near Neos Marmaras, a resort spread over three surrounding hills which is the center of events in Sithonia, so everyone can find something to their taste, whether it's entertainment, gastronomy, or beaches. This accommodation is at a distance of 180m from Paradisos Beach, while it is 2.8km from the city beach.
As part of this accommodation, studios, and apartments are offered, located on the ground floor and the first floor and that can accommodate up to five adults with the possibility of adding one bed for one person, which would be intended for the stay of the sixth person in the apartment. The two-bed studio has a double bed, while the three-bed studios have an additional bed for one person. The apartments, which by their structure are maisonettes on two levels, have on the lower level, which is on the level of the first floor, a bathroom and a kitchen within which there is a double bed and one bed for one person in one apartment, while on the upper level, in in the attic, they have a bedroom with a double bed and a folding armchair, which exists only in those apartments that do not have a bed for one person on the lower level.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
These air-conditioned accommodation units, which in the apartments have a cooling unit on the lower level, while on the upper level, they have a ceiling fan, provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a TV in both the living room and the bedroom, a hairdryer, a private bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with three hotplates and small oven, kettle, and Ness coffee machine. The apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer and a coffee maker, while the studios are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer chamber and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard or the sea, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece od 9,15,17 godina a druga porodica ima 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 11 i 14 godina .Jedini zahtev da sobe budu odvojene,u periodu od 05.07-20.07 za 10 nocenja.Hvala unapred
