Dioskuri Villa is located near Neos Marmaras, a resort spread across three surrounding hills that serves as the center of activities in Sithonia, offering something for everyone, whether it's entertainment, gastronomy, or beaches. This accommodation is situated 170m away from Paradisos Beach, while the town beach is at a distance of 2.8km.
Within this accommodation, there are studios and apartments available, located on the ground floor and the first floor, that can accommodate up to six adults. All studios have a double bed, triple studios additionally have a single bed, while the five-bed studio has two additional single beds and a fold-out chair. Apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and the kitchen area has the same bed structure as the bedroom.
Upon request and included in the price is a baby cot.
These air-conditioned units, with independent cooling units in the kitchen area and bedroom for apartments, provide guests with free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, a private bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with three hotplates and a small oven, a frappe Nescafe maker, a large fridge with a freezer in the apartments, while the studios are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and the yard, depending on the floor, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Your stay can be made more enjoyable with the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as ample space for relaxation and peace in this well-kept and landscaped yard. For the youngest guests, there are swings and a slide in the yard for entertainment.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day.
Parking space is provided for accommodation guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Smestaj sa jako losom higijenom,ulazile su nam zabe i mravi,kupatilo uzas zapusteno oseca se kanalizacija.sve u svemu jako lose od nas negativno iskustvo

Vila je na odlicnoj lokaciji, prelepog izgleda i na svega 50m od mora. ALI izuzetno je zapustena i prljava, nema WiFi, nema TV, nema privatni parking, male sobe, malo kupatilo, mala i slabo opremljena kuhinja sa jako prljavim sudovima. Steta, dvoriste i terasa su top, pogled na more.

Dioskuri Villa se nalazi blizu mora. Apartmani su jako mali, sa kupatilom koje je takođe vrlo malo, sa kuhinjom koja je loše opremljena. Okolina je obrasla visokom travom, vrlo je neuredno.
