No one caused a problem since all the families with children are accommodated there, but I find it incomprehensible that someone would chase us out of the yard at 10 PM, as that is our time, and who sleeps at that hour... It is truly absurd.

From everything stated in the accommodation description, we can only confirm the proximity to the beach and the yard, which is pleasant to look at but not suitable for children to play in. The owners spend the entire day in the summer house, "maintaining order," and driving the children out of the yard. These are very unpleasant scenes. We experienced the owner entering our accommodation daily while we were away and turning off the air conditioning. Not to mention that everything in the accommodation is old and worn out, and it certainly isn't worth the amount they are asking for; for that money, one could find much better options. This is definitely not a place I would recommend, primarily due to the rude owner.

Everything else could be overlooked - the poor internet, the outdated furniture, the beach equipment that you have to carry back and forth every day... All of that could have been tolerated, but such behavior was something none of us expected... This is precisely the reason why we probably will not return to this accommodation.

However, the impression is marred by the host, an older Greek man who is constantly bothered by children, even when it is not vacation time, despite the fact that this type of accommodation is intended for families with children. This is the main reason why we probably won't be returning to these apartments. With the mentioned corrections, it could be highly recommended.

They force us to go to sleep at 10:00 PM as if we were little kids at summer camp. In one of the places, if we sit down, they throw us out and argue with us, cursing us.

We, like most others, chose this accommodation due to its proximity to the beach and the yard for us and our children. In the end, we encountered problems where the owners, like guards in a prison, spend all day in the summer house (which is supposedly meant for guests) and force the children to play on the street. They take away their ball if they try to play with it, shout and yell at them, chase them around the yard, and send them back to the apartments. Furthermore, they do not allow children to stay in the yard, and adults who sit in another small summer house are treated similarly, even though there was not a hint of noise. They turn off the lights in the yard and wave their arms while shouting. For this price, such service is unacceptable, and we believe this behavior is truly catastrophic, as no one comes on vacation to be terrorized by anyone. If they wanted the yard for themselves, they really should not have rented out apartments and engaged in hospitality.

The accommodation is a disaster, the furniture is outdated, and the apartment reeked of sewage; it looked one way in the pictures and another in reality. The courtyard was neatly arranged for photographs, while the owners spent all day in the gazebo (which should be for guests) acting like police officers. They do not allow children to play in the yard, and in the evening, they turn off the lights for both adults and children, driving them out of the courtyard, shouting at the kids, waving their arms, chasing them around the yard, and forcing them into their rooms. When we complained, they suggested the children play in the street, and the complaints were conveyed through Google Translate, as the owners do not know a word of a foreign language. The price-quality ratio is utterly unrealistic, and the owners need to work on their friendliness, as we all came for a vacation, not to be subjected to tyranny over ourselves and our children.

I have never stayed in a worse accommodation. The owner constantly chased the children out of the yard and forced them to play on the street. The pictures I saw and the accommodation that welcomed me have nothing in common. The internet, when everyone is in the accommodation, seems non-existent. If anyone wants to waste 10 days of vacation, they should go to this accommodation.

We stayed in this accommodation from July 15th to July 22nd, and I can only express one word: PERFECT. The accommodation is close to the beach, and you have sun loungers and chairs at your disposal, which you must return to the beautiful yard by the end of the day. A barbecue is also available, and the owner makes sure you always have firewood ready. Perhaps a minor complaint about the internet speed, but that is easily overlooked when everything else is perfect. We will return next year.

Additionally, a washing machine is available for use. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Toroni, ideal for families, with access to the beach by crossing a small street. The town square is excellent, clean, and for those who do not wish to explore, it is quite sufficient.

Nearby, you will find a market and a bakery, and on the beach next to the accommodation, there are sunbeds available for rent, as well as space for personal umbrellas and loungers. Mr. Dimitros adores children :) We arrived quite early, and they made an effort to accommodate us within an hour. Everything in the courtyard and on the terraces of the apartments is available for guests to use (umbrellas, beach chairs – you can take them to the beach). Stella, our incredibly friendly host, was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. However, our studio felt a bit cramped for three people and could have benefited from a coffee maker. The shower had definitely seen better days, showing signs of mold, and we encountered issues with the toilet tank - we had to open it each time and manually press the float down to get the water flowing. On the bright side, we enjoyed a beautiful terrace for our breakfasts, and we even made use of the washing machine on the premises, which worked perfectly. Overall, it was a good value for money, as we were primarily there just to sleep))

Communication with the host was lacking, and hygiene was poor - we had to clean the apartment upon arrival. There were plenty of mosquitoes (of course, this is not the host's fault). The apartment is spacious and decently equipped. Bed linens and towels were changed regularly every 2 to 3 days. The parking was excellent.

The accommodation is located just two minutes from a beach that is never crowded. The first thing that greeted us was a tidy and covered parking area, a yard with well-maintained paths, an abundance of flowers, and three gazebos. Naturally, the owners had a limited command of English, which made communication challenging. I believe they have made an effort to ensure everything is provided to avoid the need for communication with others. The apartments feature a bedroom with a double bed (in our apartment, the bed was smaller, which bothered my wife, while our friends had a normal large double bed), a nightstand, and a wardrobe. The second room contains two beds, a wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen. The terraces are spacious and overlook the yard. The hygiene is impeccable. The lady who maintains the apartments is meticulous and very kind, and you can ask her for anything you need. She speaks Bulgarian and understands Serbian, so we managed to communicate. For going to the beach, everything is provided: a sunshade on the terrace that you can take with you, and in the yard, there are folding chairs that can also be taken to the beach if you are going further. On the beach in front of the apartments, there are sun loungers available for use. The house rules are from 14:00 to 17:00, during which time it is quiet. Since the accommodation is located at the very end of Toroni towards Neos and there are not many amenities nearby, peace and quiet are guaranteed in the evenings. Just a ten-minute walk from there, you can reach cafes, taverns, restaurants, and amusement parks for children, making this accommodation ideally located.

I have no complaints about the accommodation; everything is as described. A significant downside is the lack of kindness and hospitality from the hosts. Over the course of ten days, no one came to ask if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. It seems difficult for them to greet us in passing, likely due to the significant barrier of language, both English and Serbian. However, I find it puzzling that someone whose main guests are Serbs cannot learn to say "good morning" and "good day." We announced our arrival around 6 PM through the form, but there was no one there to greet us and hand over the room keys. We wandered around looking for them, eventually knocking on the door of their apartment to wake the owner. Still half-asleep, she showed us the room and gave us the keys, only to immediately ask for the full payment for the entire ten-day stay. Therefore, I hadn't even set down my hand luggage when she pounced on me for money, likely fearing that we would run away. On the last day, likewise, no one came to greet us or explain the checkout procedure. A huge, enormous minus for them; this is not a matter of kindness, but of blatant unwelcomeness and their shame. Never again will I stay with them.

Yes, they don't speak English, but realistically, it's not necessary; we managed basic communication, a kind man. :) The accommodation is very close to the beach and at the beginning of Toroni, so there isn’t as much traffic and crowding as in other areas. The beach is stunning, and each room has a sunshade on the terrace that we carry to the beach, along with loungers provided by the studio. It’s fantastic how they thought of everything. I spent seven days at Villa Tsitsirikos in Toroni with my wife and young child. Regarding the organization and accommodation, we were extremely satisfied.

We stayed in studio number 3, so I can only write about it. We spent seven days there and rested like never before. They let us in before 2 PM since we arrived early, and a bottle of cold water awaited us in the fridge. The studio has comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is decent, and the kitchen is equipped with a simple stove, which is sufficient for preparing simpler meals. There is also a fridge with a freezer, an iron and a hairdryer, a wardrobe, an LCD TV with Greek channels, and excellent Wi-Fi. It has mosquito nets and mosquito tablets, of which there are too many on Sithonia, so it's advisable to bring additional repellents against these pesky insects. Everything looks clean, tidy, and relatively new. A big plus for the hosts for leaving beach loungers with the villa's logo and a sign explaining that villa guests can use them, and each studio comes with a sunshade. The studio has two terraces, one common one overlooking the hills, which also serves as an entrance, and another large one, separated from the other studios by tempered glass, overlooking the courtyard. There is also covered parking available. The courtyard is truly phenomenal; I have two small children who played there every evening with other kids while we watched from the terrace. We also used the grill, and charcoal and hepo cubes were already prepared with it. I don't know if that's a standard practice or leftovers from previous guests. During our seven-day stay, they cleaned the studio and changed the linens and towels three times. The beach is 100 meters away, and when you have a 3-year-old child, it takes no more than 3 minutes to walk. The sand is coarser (not quite like rice, but finer than dust) and the water is always clean and beautifully colored. I highly recommend this accommodation and the place Toroni for those seeking a peaceful family vacation.

We stayed at the Cicirikos studio in mid-September. The first advantage is that the owner and the staff from Nikana quickly and effortlessly approved the change of our reservation since our child contracted chickenpox a week before our departure. We even requested another postponement as soon as we received the doctor’s approval to go to the sea, and we got a positive response in record time. We were pleasantly surprised by the owner’s laid-back attitude, as he never asked us for money or passports at any moment. However, this relaxed approach might be a drawback for some, as there was no one to greet us when we arrived (at 3 PM). We found the owner at his restaurant, Asteris Gyros, in the center of Toroni (GPS 39.985406, 23.903797). The accommodation itself is decent. Advantages: a solid refrigerator with a freezer, a mosquito net, and mosquito repellent liquid and tablets are available in the accommodation. Disadvantages: a weak stove (if you turn on the oven, the burners become unusable, and generally, the burners are weak) and relatively low water pressure. On the other hand, there is always hot water. What we particularly liked was the courtyard. The courtyard is more beautiful than in the existing pictures; in the meantime, the owner has created paths in the yard, added plenty of greenery, another large sunshade, and the grass is always neatly mowed. It is wonderful for children. We also liked the beach loungers and chairs that are available in the courtyard and can be freely used and taken to the beach. It’s great that each studio has a large beach umbrella that stands on the terrace, so you don’t have to carry your own to the sea. A small expense for the owner, but a nice addition for the guests. Additionally, the parking has changed slightly compared to the pictures. I’m not sure which parking is shown in picture 16; I think it’s not Cicirikos’s parking. The parking in the other picture is the one that is used, and all spots are covered with a sun protection net (but also hail protection). Regarding the internet, our signal was quite strong, but several evenings the bandwidth was poor, meaning the internet was unusable. The beach is not exactly 50 meters away, but it is 130 meters (Google says 70 meters via the road and a little more from the main street to the beach). All in all, the internet needs improvement, and the owner should learn a bit of English, but everything else was great.

He does not speak English, nor does his wife, but the younger family members do. The Asteris gyros and souvlaki are excellent. The accommodation is definitely worth every euro we spent on it. We will probably see each other again at the same place, just maybe not at the same time :-)

Excellent WiFi and a clean studio that was cleaned every three days, along with fresh linens and towels. You are provided with a sun umbrella and loungers, which is quite significant. The distance to the beach is not 40m as stated, but rather 100m, and the accommodation is located at the beginning of the area, ensuring that the beach is not crowded, at least not in September. It would be beneficial if at least one of the hosts spoke a little English for easier communication, but gestures can always convey meaning. Overall, considering the accommodations available, this one is worth attention for the money spent.

In August, I stayed with my husband and two children (ages 13 and 17) at Villa Tsitsirikos, which is an excellent choice for those who appreciate tranquility and know how to entertain themselves. To our great joy, there are no local establishments with musical content nearby, nor is there anything to disturb the peace, except for mosquitoes, so I recommend that anyone who enjoys evening stays on the spacious terrace brings some mosquito repellent. During our ten-day stay, our linens and towels were changed twice, and the apartment was cleaned regularly. The owner of the villa conducts inspections with the cleaning staff, ensuring that nothing goes missing from the apartment. Occasionally, the water pressure would weaken for a very short time—about fifteen minutes—due to the number of guests in the villa, but there was always enough water for showering, and the pressure was consistently good. The internet worked perfectly; even when approaching the villa from about fifty meters away, the connection activated, so we had no issues during our stay. This is our second time staying at Tsitsirikos because we believe it offers perfect conditions for our needs: covered parking, a well-equipped kitchen, and the beach is very close. Having explored almost all of Sithonia, I can recommend the beach in Toroni as one of the most beautiful. For families with younger children, there is also an amusement park nearby, but unfortunately, I do not know the prices; I only know that a pancake at the local eatery next door costs 5 euros. Although Toroni and this villa were hard hit by this year's bad weather, I can say that everything has been repaired, and it is impossible to notice that anything happened. I hope I have helped those considering a vacation at Villa Tsitsirikos. I am certain that I will never again seek accommodation through an agency, as dealing with Nikana has been an exceptional pleasure.

The apartments are exceptionally beautiful and fully equipped. They are very clean, with bed linens and towels changed every three days. Located close to the beach, the accommodation is ideal for families with small children. We hardly saw the owners, not even on the last day of our vacation when we left the apartment; no one showed up. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Before my departure, I emphasized the importance of a stable and fast internet connection. Unfortunately, the internet often failed, especially during the evening hours. One evening posed a significant problem when I needed to complete an online task through a website in the USA. Although it was around 2 AM, the internet was plagued by frequent interruptions. My recommendation to the owner would be to acquire one or two additional wireless routers and connect them all to the same internet service. Additionally, the lawn mowing at 9 AM was not a pleasant way to wake up, but that is already a standard practice in Greece, where afternoons are reserved for rest.

We have just returned, and our experience was delightful. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive.
