Paradise View Maisonette is located in the Paradisos area, in Neos Marmaras, near the popular Blue Flag awarded beach. The famous Paradisos beach, surrounded by taverns and various bars, is about 350m away. The nearest supermarket is approximately 350m away, and the bakery is around 400m away. The center of Neos Marmaras is less than 1km away, and the city beach is about 3km away.

The offer includes a two-level maisonette. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the upper level, which is on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The bedrooms each have a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two. In the toilet, guests have access to a washing machine.

Upon request, within the price, a baby cot is available, as well as a high chair for feeding babies.

Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Guests have access to WiFi, a TV, in both the living room and one of the bedrooms, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, large oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
