Owners description
Dimitsas George Apartments is an accommodation located in the town of Psakoudija in Sithonia and offers five apartments with a direct or side view of the sea.
The apartments are air-conditioned and consist of one French bed, as well as two single beds or two sofas.
They offer free internet access, TV, as well as a cot on request.
The windows are secured with mosquito nets.
The kitchen consists of a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hotplates, and a stove is also available.
The bathroom has a shower.
The accommodation has its own fenced yard with a landscaped lawn, and parking is done along the street.
Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. Pets are not allowed.
The nearest beach is sandy and is approximately 40m away from Dimitsas George Apartments.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
