Dimitsas George Apartments is an accommodation located in Psakoudia, just 40 meters from the city beach. It is a perfect choice for those who seek a simple and relaxed vacation near the sea. The accommodation is ideal for couples and families looking for a practical stay with all the basic amenities, and the location allows easy enjoyment of daily walks and swimming on the beautiful beach.
The nearest market is right next to the accommodation, and a few steps away are other facilities - taverns, bars, bakeries.
There are five apartments on offer (30m2) for four people.
Three apartments have a double bed in a separate bedroom and a single and an extra bed in the kitchen area.
Two apartments have a double bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa for two in the kitchen area.
The bathrooms have a shower without a curtain.
The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners, a kettle, and necessary utensils.
All units are air-conditioned and offer free internet access, TV, and a baby cot (on request).
Four units have a standard balcony and a partial sea view, while one has a large balcony and a direct sea view.
The terraces are equipped with seating sets.
The accommodation has its own fenced yard with a landscaped lawn.
There is no private parking, but parking is possible along the street in front of the accommodation.
Towel and linen change is done every five days, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation unit.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Bedding should be changed more frequently, or at least it should be respected that it is changed every five days. There is no need to insist on this too much!

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
