Aiora Suites is located in the village of Psakoudia, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, once known as the harbor of the mountain village of Ormylia, and now famous for its several kilometers long sandy beach with golden-yellow sand, making it an ideal place for those seeking a peaceful vacation near a well-maintained beach. This accommodation is only 50m from the nearest beach, 1.2km from the center of the village, and 800m from the beach in the village.

Within this accommodation, which welcomes all guests over the age of six, and can accommodate a maximum of four adults, there are studios and apartments, distributed on the ground floor and the first floor of the building of cascade construction, so the balconies of these accommodation units are on the level of the first and second floors.

Double studios feature a king-size double bed, while the apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with two independent cooling units, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom of the apartment, guests have on their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix streaming platform, ceiling fan in every room a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, as well as a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

Pleasant mornings and evenings can be spent on the furnished balcony with a view of the sea or the courtyard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. Guests of this accommodation can also avail themselves of the laundry service, with an additional charge of 10€ per service.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but near the accommodation, along the street, there is always available parking space.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
