Description
Blue Dreams House is an accommodation located at the entrance of Psakoudia, across from the Kritikos market. It offers one maisonette for six people and one quadruple studio.
The beach is 850m away, and the nearest restaurant is 500m away.
The maisonette (70m2) is situated at the front of the house and covers the first and second floors. On the lower level, there is a kitchen with a living room and a bathroom, while on the upper level, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a gallery. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and necessary cookware. The living room has a sofa for two people, a TV, and access to a spacious balcony. The bathroom features a shower cabin with a curtain.
The bedrooms on the upper level each have a single bed, while the gallery has a double bed. Both rooms have access to balconies, one larger and one smaller.
The maisonette is air-conditioned (currently with two air conditioning units), has internet, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
Upon agreement with the owner, you can bring a small pet.
The studio (50m2) is located at the back of the property, on the ground floor. It has a sofa for two people (similar to the maisonette) and a double bed. In front of the studio, there is a seating area and a barbecue.
It is air-conditioned, has a TV, internet, and mosquito nets. The kitchen features a large stove with an oven and a large fridge with a freezer, while the bathroom has a shower cabin.
The cleaning of the units as well as the change of bed linen and towels are performed by the guests themselves during their stay.
Blue Dreams House is an excellent choice for larger groups or two families who want to vacation together.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
