Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Marthas Stone Houses is located in the village of Psakoudia, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 700m from the sandy beach. Comfortable accommodation built of stone, surrounded by nature and beautifully landscaped garden, creates a perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment.
There are four accommodation units available.
Two apartments are located on the first floor and can accommodate up to two adults and one child. They consist of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
The other two apartments are situated in a way that one is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, and can accommodate up to four adults and one child. They consist of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, all units include a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two or three burners, a small or large oven, a large refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy a pleasant view of the beautifully landscaped garden.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and during their stay take care of hygiene themselves, while a replacement set of bed linen and towels is not provided.
Guests are provided with a private parking space in front of the accommodation itself.
