Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Porto Psakoudia is, with a reason, one of the most popular accommodations in Psakoudia. Its advantages are numerous - from a quiet location on the beach where guests are provided with sun beds and umbrellas, through the vicinity of the center, to a beautifully landscaped yard with greenery, shade and barbecue for hours of relaxation in the true sense of the word.
Porto Psakoudia is located in the first row to the sea, at the entrance to Psakoudia. Although on a quiet location, accommodation is only 300m away from the city center, shops and all amenities.
In the offer there are 16 accommodation units: triple studios, two triple and eight quadruple apartments, from which ones two have sea view, and one apartment with two bedrooms.
The triple studios (25m2) have one double and one single bed. They overlook the building in front. One studio is on the ground floor, and the rest of them are on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, electric kettle, necessary dishes and fridge. The bathroom has a shower tray. Terraces in the studios are slightly smaller than in the apartments, but three people can comfortable sit on them.
The triple apartments (30m2) are located on the second floor, and they have one double and one single bed. These apartments also overlook the building in front.
The quadruple apartments (40m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with a kitchen. Three apartments are located on the ground floor, and three are on the second floor. Two apartments on the ground floor and one on the second floor are slightly smaller (35m2) and are marked as smaller in the price list. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, electric kettle, fridge and necessary dishes, and in the bedroom there is a TV, air conditioning and a terrace with table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower tray. These apartments also overlook the building in front.
The quadruple apartments with a sea view (40m2) are located on the first and second floor. These apartments have one double and two single beds, as well as two terraces (with direct and with side sea view). The bathroom has a shower tray.
The apartment with two bedrooms (50m2) is a little bit bigger than other apartments. In one bedroom it has a double bed, in the second one it has two single beds, while in the room with kitchen it has a sofa. It also overlooks the building in front and it is located on the first floor.
The units are air-conditioned, decorated with taste and the furniture is modern and new. Terraces are private, separated by small wall. They feature mosquito nets, hair dryer, internet and a TV with satellite channels. Refrigerators in all accommodation units have a freezer compartment. One of the advantages of this accommodation is certainly excellent hygiene, and the replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three to four nights.
The courtyard is beautifully arranged, with paths, sitting sets, greenery and natural shade. It has the exit to a private beach that is slightly narrow, sandy, arranged and with a gradual entrance to the water. Moreover, guests can use sun beds and umbrellas at no extra charge (one umbrella and four sun beds). Public parking place with 15 spots is available above the accommodation.
After turning off from the main road from the direction of Gerakini (about 190m behind the Kaloeros beach and the bar with the same name) turn to the right, then after 317m turn right again and continue for 60m downhill until you get to the accommodation.
