Pefkonas Apartments is located in a quiet part of Psakoudia, just 170 meters from the sandy beach, and represents a pleasant choice for guests who want a relaxing holiday in proximity to the sea. Two ground-floor apartments are available, functionally designed to accommodate up to four adults and two children. The apartments have almost identical layouts and are adapted for family stays or small groups. Both include a living room connected to a kitchenette and a small dining corner, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The living room features a sofa suitable for one or two people, depending on the unit, while all bedrooms are equipped with double beds, ensuring comfortable and practical accommodation for multiple guests.

For the youngest guests, a baby crib is provided free of charge upon request. This convenience makes travel easier for parents, as they don’t need to worry about extra equipment, while children have a safe and comfortable place to rest. In this way, the apartments adapt to family needs and contribute to creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere where all family members feel carefree.

Both apartments are decorated in the same way, with the aim of providing guests with comfort and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Air conditioning in the living room, wireless internet and a smart TV with access to favorite applications are available, while additional practicality is provided by a hair dryer and a shared washing machine. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a glass-ceramic plate with two heating zones, suitable for preparing light meals, while a large refrigerator with freezer allows easy storage of food. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a kettle, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, a microwave, and a toaster, which makes it easier for guests to prepare meals and their favorite drinks on a daily basis.

Each apartment has a veranda furnished with comfortable seating, the perfect spot for relaxation at any time of day. Mornings bring sunshine and warmth, ideal for the first cup of coffee with a sea view, while tree canopies provide pleasant shade during the day. In the evening, the peaceful atmosphere is enhanced by the neatly arranged courtyard, enriched with handcrafted details that, together with the surrounding nature, create a sense of rest and ease.

Pets are welcome and may stay in the apartments for an additional fee. The space is designed so that your loyal companions also feel comfortable and free while you enjoy your holiday. Staying with pets brings special warmth and joy, as shared moments in the courtyard, on nearby paths, and in Sithonia’s nature turn the holiday into an experience to be shared and remembered.

Guests maintain the cleanliness of the apartment independently during their stay. Regular cleaning service is provided exclusively for stays longer than twenty days and is performed on the fifteenth day of the stay. For shorter stays, with an additional fee, there is the possibility of organizing additional cleaning on request. The change of bed linen and towels is provided only for stays longer than ten days, it is done every fifth day, and the guests themselves are responsible for their own change during the stay. For stays of ten days or less, the change of bed linen and towels is not provided.

Reserved parking spaces are provided within the courtyard, one per apartment, ensuring easy access to the property at all times. The car is literally within reach, always ready for short trips to nearby beaches, hidden coves, or picturesque areas of Sithonia. This convenience brings a sense of freedom and peace of mind, as guests know their vehicle is waiting right next to the accommodation, ready for any spontaneous adventure or quick drive to the sea.

Psakoudia is a quiet seaside village located on the western coast of Sithonia, at the point where the peninsula opens toward the Toroneos Gulf, giving it a long sandy beach, calmer waters, and pleasant swimming conditions throughout the season. It lies between Nea Moudania and Nikiti, at the natural border of Kassandra and Sithonia, making it easily accessible and often chosen as a practical base for exploring the whole of Halkidiki. Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
