Garli Premium Hospitality House is located near Psakoudia, about 120 meters from the beach and approximately two kilometers from the town center. Situated in a quiet location outside the settlement, it is a good choice for guests who want to spend their holiday in a more relaxed environment, away from the summer crowds and heavy traffic. The proximity to the sea, landscaped yard, and family‑friendly amenities contribute to a pleasant atmosphere during the stay, while the property’s position provides more privacy and tranquility compared to accommodations in the center of the resort.
The accommodation has four apartments located on the first floor of the building, which is reached by a staircase with nine steps. Three apartments are intended for a maximum of four adults and consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while two single beds are available in the living room. The fourth apartment is designed for a maximum of six people and consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a folding armchair. A single bed is available in the living room. This apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms. Thanks to the separate bedrooms and the functional organization of the space, the apartments are a good choice for a family holiday or a stay with friends.
For guests traveling with small children, it is possible to provide a baby cot upon request and at no additional charge. This convenience can be important for families who want to avoid carrying additional equipment and organize their stay with the youngest family members more easily.
The apartments have uniform equipment, so guests in all accommodation units can expect the same facilities intended for a more pleasant and independent stay during their vacation. The kitchens are equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer, while a kettle, a filter and an espresso coffee machine, as well as a toaster are available for preparing hot drinks and simpler meals. Wi-Fi internet, TV and safe are available to guests, while the air conditioner is in the living room. A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom.
All apartments have balconies equipped with seating, with a partial view of the sea and the yard. The guests also have at their disposal a common landscaped yard with a well-kept lawn, which is a central outdoor space for staying and socializing. In the yard there is a summerhouse, seating and a common barbecue, while a slide, swings and a table with board games are provided for the youngest guests. An outdoor shower is also available, which can be handy after returning from the beach.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation
The guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Depending on the length of the stay, the owners change bed linen and towels halfway through, and on that occasion also perform basic maintenance of the apartment, including waste disposal.
For guests arriving by car, each apartment has its own private parking space within the property, ensuring parking is available throughout the stay without the need to search for a spot nearby.
Psakoudia is a small resort at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, known for its long sandy beach, gradually deepening sea, and relaxed atmosphere during the summer months. Unlike larger and busier resorts, Psakoudia has retained a quieter character, making it a popular choice for families with children, couples, and guests who prefer a holiday without crowds and intense nightlife. Thanks to its location between Nea Moudania and central Sithonia, Psakoudia is a good starting point for exploring many beaches and towns across Halkidiki. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
