Bella Mare Apartments is located on the northeast coast of Sithonia, just 250m from the spacious Salonikou beach. The property offers everything needed for a perfect peaceful family vacation, far away from the hustle and bustle of resorts. In this beautiful environment, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature.
The property was built in 2012, on a slightly larger than one hectare area dominated by greenery, and is divided into two parts: Akti-S Resort and Bella Mare Apartments.
Bella Mare Apartments consists of seven accommodation units located on the ground floor, first, and second floor.
The apartments can accommodate four to six people and consist of a living room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms (with a double bed) and a bathroom. The living room includes a sofa for two people.
The air-conditioned units feature a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two or four burners, a large or small oven, a standard or large refrigerator, and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray with curtain. A baby cot is available upon request.
From the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a view of the garden. In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue under the gazebo, and there is also a playground for children - swings, slides, and plenty of space to play.
Pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owner. Guests of the accommodation have a parking space within the fenced garden.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days. In the very object there is a shared washing machine.
Bella Mare Apartments is 9.8km away from Agios Nikolaos, 15.4km from Nikiti, and 100km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovana, potrebna su nam dva smeštaja, jedan apartman za četvoročlanu porodicu, 2 odrasla i 2 deteta ( 10 i 14 godina) i jedan studio ili apartman za tročlanu porodicu2 odraslih i 1 dete (9 godina) u periodu od 26.07 ili 27.07 na 10 noći.
