Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after five days, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene in the studios.

All in all, a solid 8+ rating. A good location near the beach. The housekeeper could refresh the bed linens at least once during the guests' stay.

I am greatly pleased with the condition of the rooms. There is a new bathroom and new furniture. They are impeccably clean, and they are close to the beach and Panayotis's tavern.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
