Sandra’s Luxury Stay Apartments are located in Salonikiou, on Sithonia, approximately 275 meters from the beach. This accommodation is suitable for guests who wish to spend their vacation in a quieter coastal environment, away from the crowds typical of larger resorts, but with enough practical amenities for a pleasant daily stay. The proximity to the beach, shared courtyard, and relaxed atmosphere make it suitable for families, couples, and guests who envision a simple vacation, with swimming, outdoor activities, and light exploration of the surrounding areas and beaches on Sithonia.
Sandra’s Luxury Stay Apartments offer guests six accommodation units of different capacities, spread across the basement, first, and second floors of a building without an elevator, constructed on sloping terrain. There are studios and apartments designed for up to five adults, depending on the type of unit.
The double studio is located in the basement and is intended for a maximum of two adults. The space includes a sleeping area connected to the kitchen and bathroom, making it suitable for couples or guests in need of a simply organized space for a summer stay. The sleeping area features a double bed, while the kitchen allows for basic self-sufficiency during the vacation.
Two larger studios are located on the first and second floors and are designed for a maximum of four adults. Each studio comprises a sleeping area connected to the kitchen and bathroom, with the layout adapted for a simple and practical stay during the vacation. The sleeping area includes one double bed and one single bed with a trundle bed intended for two people.
Two apartments are designed for a maximum of four adults, with one located on the first and the other on the second floor. Each apartment includes a kitchen with bunk beds, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom, making the space practical for families or small groups. The bedroom is separated as a quieter area for rest and is equipped with a double bed.
The largest apartment is located in the basement and is intended for a maximum of five adults. The space includes a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, making it suitable for families or guests in need of a practical apartment with a separate bedroom and additional sleeping places in the living room. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people and a single bed.
A baby cot can be provided upon request at no additional charge, making it easier for families with babies to organize their trip and reducing the need to bring additional equipment. This option is particularly practical for parents looking for a simpler preparation for their vacation, with a pre-arranged space for the peaceful and comfortable stay of the youngest guests.
The equipment of the accommodation units is adapted for a practical and independent stay during the vacation. All units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, while one apartment additionally has another air conditioning unit, contributing to a more pleasant temperature and greater comfort in different parts of the space. Each apartment also has a fan, useful for better air circulation during warmer days. Guests have access to WiFi internet for daily connectivity, Smart TV for relaxation with favorite content, a hairdryer, and a shared washing machine available to all guests of the property, which is particularly convenient for longer stays. The kitchen area in each unit is equipped with a stove with three burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, allowing guests to prepare meals and drinks during their stay.
All accommodation units have open wardrobe closets.
The bathrooms feature a built-in shower with a curtain, except for the double studio which has a shower with tiles and a curtain.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The maintenance of the accommodation units is organized every three days, when cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done. This maintenance rhythm contributes to a neater and more pleasant stay, especially for guests planning a longer vacation.
Parking within the accommodation is limited and cannot provide a space for all guests of the property. There are a total of three private parking spaces available, while other guests can use street parking, depending on the current availability in the surrounding area.
Salonikiou is a quieter place on the northeast side of Sithonia, between Pirgadikia and Ormos Panagias, suitable for guests who seek a relaxed vacation away from large tourist centers and crowds. This part of the coast is known for its long beach, peaceful atmosphere, and views towards Mount Athos, making it particularly suitable for families, couples, and guests who value cleaner sea, more space, and a simpler daily rhythm. The beach is wide, sandy, with occasional pebbles along the shore and a gradual entry into the water, making it practical for families with children and guests who prefer calmer swimming. It is not a completely urban resort with a large number of amenities, but a quieter coastal area with smaller organized sections and beach bars, while the larger part of the beach retains a more natural and relaxed character. Salonikiou is a good choice for guests who want to spend their vacation close to the sea, with more peace and less crowds, and also easily explore the surrounding areas, bays, and beaches of Sithonia by car. Due to its location between Ormos Panagias and Pirgadikia, staying in this part of Halkidiki can be nicely combined with visits to nearby taverns, smaller ports, more organized beaches, and other quieter parts of northeastern Sithonia. The accommodation is approximately 91 kilometers away from Thessaloniki International Airport.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
