One of the most popular accommodations for SartiTheodora Haus Hotel is an ideal accommodation for those who'd like to stay in the first row to the sea and close to the center of Sarti. The hotel also has its own beach bar. Kind owners will do their best to save a parking spot for you.
The hotel is located in the old part of Sarti, just 40m from the beach and 80m from the central square and the closest grocery store. The city, sandy beach is across the street.
In the offer are standard studios on the ground floor and on the first floor and deluxe studios on the first and second floor.
Standard studios have one double and a single bed or three single beds (two are connected) and a drawer bed, while deluxe studios have one double and a single bed or three single beds (two are connected) and an armchair bed.
The studios (25m2) are air-conditioned, they have TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is standardly equipped with hotplates and refrigerator. In the bathroom, there's a shower with curtain. Terraces on the first floor overlook the sea, and on the ground floor the street. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
The safe box where guests can keep money and other valuables is available at the reception. A private parking doesn't exist, but there is a parking space nearby. As part of the accommodation, there's a beach bar where you can use an umbrella and sun beds with a purchased drink.
The hotel is located next to the beach, so it's best to enter Sarti on one of the first four entrances from the main road and continue towards the beach. A street along the beach will take you to the hotel.
Theodora Haus Hotel is an excellent choice for all who'd like to be in the center of Sarti, in the first row to the sea.

Haus Theodora is located in Sarti, 120km from Thessaloniki, at the end of the second foot of Halkidiki, in Sithonia. The compound is located right in front of the sea in the center of Sarti. Haus Theodora provides to the visitors 11 fully equipped, two and triple rooms. All rooms of the complex have spectacular sea views. Mount Athos is visible from every point of the beach, with the impressive score Athos whose peak reaches 2085m.

In Haus Theodora works Theodora Beach Bar, where you can enjoy refreshments, coffee and drinks overlooking the breathtaking views of the bay! Also, sunbeds and umbrellas waiting for you to relax in the beautiful beach of Sarti in front of the Haus Theodora. The Bach Bar is open from early morning and works until late at night. The music is subtle so as not to become troublesome for our guests. At the bar, you can enjoy coffee, refreshments, drinks and many cocktails.
There is a continental breakfast option. It cost 5e per person.
Guest are free to use outdoor furniture and parasols in front of the beach bar free of charge, without obligation to buy a drink. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
Cleaning and bed linen and towel change are organized every third day.
We are open from April 1st until October 30th.

Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
