Hotel Description

Stavros Compass House is a modernly equipped accommodation located in New Sarti in the first row to the sea, just a few steps from the city’s sandy beach. It is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to be close to the beach and promenade, as well as to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Accommodation is located only 20 meters from the sandy beach, and from the center is about 450m. The first nearest market and one of the better bakeries in the place is 45m away.

It has one double, one triple and one quadruple studio and one quadruple apartment. All accommodation units are located on the second floor.

Double studio South of 20m2 has one double bed. Triple studio North of 25m2 has one double bed and a sofa bed. Quadruple studio West of 30m2 has one double bed, one single bed and a fourth extra bed is added as needed. The quadruple apartment East of 35m2 has a double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the same room where the kitchen is.

All accommodation units are air conditioned, have internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with an induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, as well as all necessary utensils. The North and West studios in the kitchen have a large fridge with a freezer, while the East and South studios have a small fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a shower cabin and hairdryer. They also have large balconies that are equipped with sitting set and have a direct sea view, except for the South studio which has a side sea view. The replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning are done every three to four days.

It does not have private parking, but you can find a parking space in the public parking lot , which is one street away from the accommodation. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the owner.

The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to get off the main road towards the football field. Continue straight all the way to the end of the street, turn left and continue straight until you turn into the first street on the left where you will see accommodation on the right on the corner.

If the proximity of the beach and the immediate vicinity of the center are important to you, you will not go wrong if you choose Stavros Compass House.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
