Our description
Ladario Rooms has a perfect location, on the beach, only 150m far from the center of Sarti. Balconies have fantastic sea view and on the beach each studio has sunbeds and umbrella on the beach.
Accommodation is located in the old Sarti, so everything is close. The first market, as well as bakery, taverns and bars, are located in the center of Sarti.
Ladario Rooms consists of one quadruple, one triple and two double studios. Quadruple studio (32m2) is on the low ground floor (few steps under the ground level), it has a double and two single beds. Triple studio (27m2) is on the first floor it has a double and a single bed. Two double studios (25m2) have a double bed each. Deluxe studio is on the first floor and the other double one is on the second floor.
Studios are air-conditioned, they have kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, hotplates and necessary utensils, SAT TV, internet, mosquito nets, A/C, bathroom with shower and curtain, iron and ironing board and a baby cot can be obtained on request. The owners replace towels and bed linen on the half of stay.
The courtyard doesn't exist, as well as private parking, but the guests can park their cars in the surroundings. Public playground for children is around 50m far. The use of beach umbrellas and sunbeds is free.
Ladario Rooms is a good choice for everyone who is looking for accommodation close to the beach and all the happenings in this place.

Owners description
In front of the sea in Sarti, you will find Studios Ladario waiting for you on a beautiful and small beach that will be yours all. Two stone strips have created a small private beach right next to the large beach of Sarti, where you find our complex with the magnificent view of the Mount Athos to take your breath away.
The rooms are well-appointed and decorated in style. They can accommodate up to four people and have all the necessary amenities such as kitchen, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, ironing facilities and a private balcony facing the sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
