Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Ladario Rooms is in a perfect location, right on the beach, and just 150 meters from the center of Sarti. The terraces offer a fantastic sea view, and each studio has its own sunbeds and umbrella on the beach.
The accommodation is located in the old part of Sarti, so everything is close by. The nearest supermarket, as well as a bakery, taverns, and bars, are all in the center of Sarti.
It consists of one four-bed, one triple, two double studios, and one triple room. The four-bed studio (32m²) is located in the semi-basement (a few steps below ground level) and features one double bed and two single beds. The triple studio (27m²) is on the first floor and has one double and one single bed. The two double studios (25m²) each have one double bed — the deluxe double studio is on the first floor, and the other is on the second floor. The triple room is on the ground floor, with a veranda leading directly onto the beach. It has one double bed and one armchair that can be converted into a bed.
The studios are air-conditioned and include a kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with two burners, necessary kitchenware, a 32'' Smart TV with satellite channels, internet, mosquito nets, an iron and ironing board, and a baby cot available on request. The triple room does not have a kitchen but is equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, and a standard fridge with freezer compartment.
The owners change towels and bed linen halfway through the stay.
There is no yard or private parking, but guests can park in the surrounding area. About 50 meters from the accommodation, there is a public children's playground. The use of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach is free of charge.

Poštovani, Da li ima slobodno u navedenom terminu i koja je cena?

Dobar dan, Zanima nas ovaj smestaj za period od 12 do 21.juna (10 dana, 9 noci) ili od 15 do 24.juna (10 dana, 9 noci). U pitanju je porodica - dvoje odraslih i TROJKE od 4 godine koje i dalje ne spavaju same. Obicno dvoje spavaju sa mamom, jedan sa tatom. Pa nam odgovara cak i trokrevetna soba. Ili eventualno ova cetvorokrevetna. Po mogucstvu ground floor. Rezervisali bismo preko vaseg sajta ali najpre da proverimo da li je to moguce obzirom da je troje dece u pitanju ali kao sto sam napomenula mali su i nr spavaju samostalno. Hvala, Ana

Poštovani postoji li mogućnost rezervacije za dve osobe u periodu od 2.8 (osam noćenja) za dve osobe u ovom smeštaju.
