Our description
Stella Tasos House is the accommodation in the center of Sarti, in the old part, only a few steps from the square. It can be an excellent choice for families and couples to whom is important to stay close to the beach and the amenities that this place offers, and beautifully decorated interior will provide additional ambience.
The house is located 10m from the square and lots of shops, taverns and cafes, while the beach is 170m away.
They offer five air-conditioned studios on the ground floor, the first and the second floor. Triple studios have one double and a single bed. Two are on the ground floor, one is on the first and one is on the second floor. The only double studio is located on the second floor and it has one double bed.
Studios have a TV, mosquito nets, internet and a balcony with awning and a seating set. Kitchens are equipped with a big fridge with freezer (the double studio has a small fridge), hotplates, kettle and necessary dishes. Studios on the second floor have a shower cabin in the bathroom, while the remaining have a shower tub with a glass partition.
There's no courtyard nor parking, but you can easily park in the nearby streets.
Enter Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou and turn to the second street on the left. Continue ahead, turn into the sixth street on the left and 10m later you will see this accommodation on the right-hand side.
Stella Tasos House can be an excellent choice for all who'd want to be accommodated in the center of events, and the friendly owners will make your stay even more enjoyable.

Owners description
Stella Tasos House is located in the seaside village of Sarti in Sithonia, Halkidiki.
Sarti is the second-largest village in the municipality of Toroni with 936 inhabitants. It was founded by refugees from Afisia, who left Asia Minor in 1922. Nowadays, along the golden beach of Sarti, there are small complexes for rent, as well as narrow streets with various tourist shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The old part still has a few of the original picturesque houses.
The house is situated on the south-west side of the traditional square, 80m from the golden sandy beach, one of the finest in Halkidiki.
All studios are air-conditioned and include en suite bathroom, fridge, TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony.
Cleaning, as well as sheets and towels replacement, is provided every third day.
Management is available 24/7.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Godinama letujem u Sartiju i bila sam u mnogo vila, a ovo je definitivno jedna od najgorih. Sobe su prljave, male, kupatilo je grozno. Gazdarica je vrlo neprijatna. Nikome ne bih preporucila ovu vilu.
