Our description
Nikos House is located on the promenade in the center of Sarti and it can be a great choice for guests who prefer to be close to all the amenities that this place has to offer.
Shops, taverns and supermarkets are just few steps away and the beach is 30m away.
In the offer are four studios, two triple and two quadruple. The triple studios are located on the first and second floor, each with one double and one single bed. The quadruple studios are on the second floor, with one double and two single beds, i.e. one double and a single bed with a drawer bed. The studios are air-conditioned, have a kitchen with a small fridge, hotplates and dishes, TV, internet and a bathroom with shower and curtain.
They have no yard or private parking, so guests can park their vehicles in the surrounding streets.
Arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, turn off the highway at club Fact and continue ahead till the end. Enter the street that leads towards the sea, then take first to the left and 50m later, on the left, you'll see Nikos House above a creperie.
This accommodation is suitable for couples as well as for families who are not disturbed by hustle and bustle. Kind owners are available if necessary.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
