Our description
Mama Kitsa is a newly built, modernly equipped accommodation near the city beach between the old and the new Sarti. Since it has a small ammount of accommodation units, it is an ideal choice for families and couples who value privacy.
The beach is only 20m away, and in the immediate vicinity there are numerous markets and bakeries, while the town center is 400m away.
It has a total of three accommodation units on the high ground floor, two triple studios and one quintuple apartment.
Triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. The kitchens are equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hot plates, kettle, toaster and the necessary utensils. In the bathroom, the tiles are surrounded by shower glass screen. One studio has a partial view of the sea and the street, while the other overlooks the street. Also, one studio has the entrance from the balcony.
The quintuple duplex apartment has a double bed in one bedroom and one double bed and one single bed in the other. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, two hot plates, kettle, toaster and necessary utensils. There is a shower (not separated by glass screen, only tiles) in the bathroom.
All accommodation units have a private balcony with table and chairs, as well as air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. If necessary, the owners can provide a baby cot. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of towels are done in the middle of the stay.
There is no private parking, but guests can park in the large public parking lot in front of the property.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at the Fact Club, then into the first street on the right and drive along it all the way. The street then leads to the left, continue there straight and after the second turn to the right you will come across this accommodation which is located on the very corner across from the parking lot.

Mama Kitsa is a small family accommodation located in Sarti, about 15m from the beach and 100m from the town square.
It offers three-bed studios with sea views and a five-bed apartment with access to the garden and a view of the neighboring building.
All accommodation units are located on the ground floor and have air conditioning, TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
Near the building there is a large public parking which is free.If your choice for this year is Sarti, Mama Kitsa House may be the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji,lepo je uredjen, cistoca je na zavidnom nivou a domacini su vrlo ljubazni I usluzni. Mala zamerka je sto ima vrlo malo prostora za odlaganje stvari (garderobera, polica) I sto osim vrata terase, koja su ujedno ulazna vrata u apartmanu ne postoji neki prozor koji bi se otvarao (kada se sve zatvori unutra postane sparno I toplo te je mnogo prijatnije kada je otvoreno, a sa druge strane mi se nismo osecali sigurno da na prizemlju ostavljamo otvorena vrata preko noci)

Mama Kitsa je pekné ubytovanie s perfektnou polohou. Ubytovanie je na začiatku centra pri pláži. Ubytovanie je čisté, kuchyňa má základné vybavenie. Chladnička, varič, kanvica a základný riad. Kúpeľňa je čistá. Je tam sprchový kút a wc. Vstup sme mali samostatné cez terasu. Na terase je sedenie v chládku . Tieň robí vinič, ktorý sa ťahá nad celou terasou a visí z neho hrozno. Je to veľmi pekné. Ubytovanie vlastnia veľmi milý ľudia. My sme boli veľmi spokojní. Strávili sme tam krásnych 17 dní. Každému ubytovanie vrelo odporúčam.

The location is one of the best in Sarti, it is in the city centre and it is also close to the beach. The rooms were clean and we got a cleaning in the middle of the week. The apartman had a big terrace, which was very good for having breakfast there. The only negative thing, that we had a two room apartman and there was only aircondition in the smaller room. It would be great to have airconditioning in both rooms.
