Our description
In the new part of Sarti, in the first row to the beach there is Cocoon hotel. Small, cute hotel with clean and nicely equipped studios, which are only street away from the beautiful, sandy beach, can win heart of many tourists.
Cocoon Hotel is only few steps away from the beach, the first market is only 200m away and the center with promenade is around 700m far.
Hotel has eight studios, three are quadruple (no. 102, 202, 302) and five double (no. 103, 201, 202, 301 and 303). On the ground floor are Aris (no. 102) and Dimitra (no. 103), on the first floor are Artemis (no. 202), Ermis (no. 203) and Dias (no. 201), while on the second floor are Atina (no. 302), Afroditi (no. 301) and Apolon (no. 303).
Double studios are equipped with a double bed, while the quadruple ones have one double and one single bed from whoch one is pulled out one drawer bed. All studios have a small kitchen with hot plates, fridge and kettle, while the bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower cabin. Studios no. 201 and 301 have a direct sea view, no. 202, 203, 302 and 303 have a side sea view and no. 102 and 103 overlook the neighboring building. Balcony is common and walk-through. All studios are air-conditioned, they have TV and mosquito nets. Studios are being cleaned every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
Hotel doesn't have a yard or parking, but you can park your car next to the street.
On the beach there is a Cocoon Beach Bar, where you can have breakfast with an extra charge, while you can use sunbeds and parasols for free if you order drinks from the bar. In old Sarti there is a tavern Lauer House where all guests of the hotel have discount of 10%. Also, in the tavern is organized greek night every Wedneday and Thursday.
In order to reach the accommodation, if you are coming from old Sarti, turn from the main road towards the football field. Continue straight till the end of the street, where you should turn left and after 30m you will see Cocoon Hotel on the left.
Cocoon Hotel is a good choice for guests to whom is important vicinity of the beach as well of the city center.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
